The U.S. in President Donald Trump era has had a special difference with other editions of presidencies in the U.S. history and the difference has been that the decision-makers in the White House were not military. In this four-year period, Trump has always accused previous administrations of expending which has not benefitted the U.S. in the whole world, and especially in the West Asia. This method of administering the country by Trump has led to restriction in the U.S. military budget and massive withdrawals from the U.S. ambitious stances in any part of the world by the U.S. military.

Emergence of morale lacking ambition and motivation in all military elements and its spread to the security structure has made the U.S. suffer from multidimensional confusions. That the U.S. with such deafening propagation and even with explicit claim of fight with terrorism and with fell to assassination of Martyr Qassem Soleimani and his comrades in Iraq is one of these confusions. That the U.S. in its haplessness regarding managing the COVID-19 pandemic accuses China is one of these confusions. That the U.S. presidential election structure has turned into an unusual bipolarity with norm-breaking behaviors is one of these confusions.

Of course, by writing this article I mean mostly attention on a strange confusion that has targeted the U.S. cyber system. In the news it has been reported that the U.S. after discovering a cyber-attack has noticed that the attack has been underway for over ten months with the most complicated methods and also realized that its control and its methods of prevention and defense against it had no plans, and it has not found yet the possible discovery of the source and trace of these attacks.

The U.S. president has recently assured that the cyber-attack is under control. Experts believe that under control in view of the U.S. officials means shutting down the cyber systems that for the time being that the systems could remain immune from the Russian detriment. Of course, despite different U.S. officials’ charges against Russian hackers, Russians have strongly denied those charges and have asked the U.S. officials to show down genuine, logical and documented evidence for their claim.

However American officials are not sure that Russians have a hand at this cyber-attack and they have not presented any evidence and document on Russian engagement in this attack and speculations believe this idea that Americans have moved on course to accusing Russians. However what is seen in the U.S. media climate is that the U.S. cyber army has been inflicted with heavy and irrecoverable blows.

One should take this point into consideration that the U.S. Administration has suffered heavy blows in several occasions and has lost many of its classified documents and secrets of its state-of-the-art technologies but in none of the previous occasion it had been involved with such a structural confusion.

The biggest hacking action that one can see its result openly is the manufacture of the fifth generation of fighter jets by China that by employing the confidential designing knowhow and technologies of the U.S. F-35 and F-36 in less than three years bore fruit, and the Chinese unveiled and flew their fighter jets before the Americans unveiled their F-35s.

Although data and information about the military technology is of great importance, the biggest concern of the Americans is not limited merely to the military technology and hacking some parts of air systems information but this concern is about the more strategic dimensions which will have more perils in the longtime. Let’s have a look back at what one of the American news agencies, the Associated Press, has covered on this issue recklessly, “Could Hackers Have Obtained Nuclear Secrets? COVID-19 Vaccine data? Blueprints for Next-Generation Weapons Systems?”

This type of speculations by the media is stated while it shows itself that these media outlets do not have actually any certain achievement and the amount of their information is very little and it is mostly speculations because if they had had anything special, they would not have passed it very easily and they would go for exposing the elements and currents, and would take the issue into the political scene.

In this complicated case, probably it may take several weeks, several months or even more time for experts of the digital sleuths combing through U.S. government and private industry networks to get the answers that show the infiltration holes and methods of hacking. Experts say these hackers are consummate pros at covering their tracks. What’s seems clear is that this campaign — which cybersecurity experts says exhibits the tactics and techniques of Russia’s SVR foreign intelligence agency — will rank among the most prolific in the annals of cyberespionage.

However Americans should be asked, with taking into consideration of the past experience of their sophisticated drone being hacked and being landed on the land of the Islamic Republic of Iran, how they have dared to dispatch their nuclear submarine to the Persian Gulf and they have not feared the route of it towards northern coasts is not been traced.

It seems the aim behind hacking systems in different organizations in the U.S. from the Treasury Department and industries to the intelligence agencies is to wear out and to disappoint the American systems of getting the gesture of being a super power and to accept the federative collapse that fortunately by the U.S. refrain from retreating its political stand and insistence on its false ambition of being a super power, it itself foments more the materialization of hackers’

The day when U.S. President Donald Trump announced withdrawal of the U.S. from of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and the White House put on a righteous face regarding his decision and issued a perfectionist statement, the reactions in Iran were different.

Some expressed their hatred regarding Trump and the U.S. Administration, and some other called this decision a totally ineffective and useless one. This action was praised by the U.S. conservatives who considered the JCPOA as a weak agreement. Other American political personalities like former President Barack Obama and his vice-president Joe Biden criticized Trump’s decision while European countries including UK, France and Germany which were the signatories of the JCPOA deplored this action of President Trump. By the way, all polls conducted showed that most of American people disagreed President Trump’s decision and preferred at least some part of the deal to be preserved.

The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action which is unofficially known as Iran nuclear deal or Iran deal was an international agreement on Iran’s nuclear program which was inked in July 2015 between Iran, P5+1 (five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council – China, France, Russia, UK and the U.S. – plus Germany) and EU, and Iran’s pullout of it was not considered as a legal action.

President Trump had repeatedly spoken about the modification of the JCPOA until May 12, 2018 and reiterated that if other signatories of the JCPOA (France, UK, Russia, China and Germany) did not take action for modifying the deal based on the U.S. policy (of course supporting Israel), the U.S. would reimpose the nuclear sanctions against Iran. He used to say that the U.S. would only stay in the JCPOA if it was modified and four new conditions to be included in it.

Trump during a joint press conference with French President Emmanuel Macron officially announced, “Nobody knows what will be my decisions for May 12 (the deadline for Iran’s commitment to the JCPOA).” Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in his equivocal remarks said that he presumed strongly that the U.S. would soon pull out of the nuclear deal. He considered the U.S. being on the verge of leaving the JCPOA. Former counselor to the U.S. Department of State Wendy Sherman expressed her concern over isolation of the U.S. after its pullout of the nuclear deal. She even in an article published in the New York Times emphasized, “The U.S. exit from the nuclear deal will provide Iran with this opportunity for uranium enrichment, and as long as the U.S. is not committed to its deal obligations, Iran will not remain committed to its obligations, either.”

She tried to make her friends taking office in the White House believe if the U.S. was not a trustable ally, its European allies would not involve it in other international equations. Most of the critics of the White House policies also believed that the U.S. exit from the JCPOA would harm seriously the relation between the U.S. and its European allies. They believed that this action, besides being a threat against the U.S. national security interests, would decrease the international capability for monitoring Iran’s nuclear activities and it would be crystal clear that the U.S. exit of the JCPOA would dishearten hostile countries to the U.S. (like North Korea which is considered a dangerous nuclear threat to the U.S.) from negotiation with this country and this exit would be more loss to the U.S. and instead in favor of Iran.

Now 22 months after the U.S. pullout of the deal, Trump is on the slope of falling from the power and legally handing over the White House to the Democrat Party representative, and he should accept this point that whatever his non-partisan rivals had criticized have come true, and if there was not President Hassan Rouhani government’s tiptoeing-around in Iran regarding the reactions to the U.S. action, today Iran could have stood three hundred steps ahead of its current position.

Trump should believe this fact that his deadly sanctions despite inefficiency of Iran government have not succeeded so much. He should believe that all of his actions in the past might turn into the encounter of him versus nothing, and the U.S. legal president-elect Joe Biden, with winning some 51 percent of Americans’ votes in the 2020 presidential election, would indisputably return to the same JCPOA in order to prove the world that the U.S. is not a uncivilized country where a government signs a deal and the next government retreats its signature under any pretext.

Now Biden should think of how he does convince Iran for the U.S. return to the JCPOA and what concessions he should give Iran or how he compensates Iranian people with the damages they have suffered in these years.

In the current condition the judgement regarding the U.S. presidential election results is not so easy because in recent days the recounts of some votes in some swing states whose results have been questioned by the White House have been suspicious. In the U.S. elections, most of the election organizers continued counting the ballots ignoring the White House appeal for recount but U.S. President Donald Trump without having any valid evidences and revealing them has claimed about massive vote-rigging in the election and has vowed to challenge it in the highest U.S. judicial body, namely the Supreme Court.

It is still unknown exactly how he is to lodge his complaint in the court. He and his campaign have taken independently some legal actions in some key states, and for example, in Pennsylvania and Michigan, he has requested the court for recounting the ballots and all his requests for recount have been rejected by the courts.

One of the issues which have been challenged by Trump is the mail-in ballots arriving after the state’s 7 p.m. of November 3 deadlines. According to the approved law of the state, the ballots can be counted till three days after the polls. The Republicans before the Election Day took twice this state law to the court in Pennsylvania but they failed in this state once in their effort in the state supreme court and another time in the national Supreme Court.

Now the Trump campaign is after reopening the case in the Supreme Court. This is one of the challenges that Mr. Trump and his supporters have pined hope on it to succeed. Mr. Matthew Weil, the Bipartisan Policy Research Center’s elections project, in an interview has said that he was concerned that legal explanations could have failed to create doubts for Trump, and the president might have relied on his 6-man co-party team in the Supreme Court. This historical memory shows us that last time when the Supreme Court was deadlocked, and four conservative judges versus three liberal judges as well as the Chief Justice John Roberts failed about the final verdict on the issue but this time by election of Judge Amy Coney Barrett who is a conservative, the issue would be possible to be reviewed with new approach.

Weil says before the election and when the result of votes in the Supreme Court was 4-4 and was deadlocked on this dispute, they expressed willing to take the issue to the court and review it in the future. He added, “I do think there is a risk that some of those [postal] ballots that were cast by election day and not received until Friday may be discarded”, he said. Despite this, he says “My guess is that it’s not going to be a huge number of ballots that could be thrown out, so the election would have to be very, very close for that to matter”.

Regardless of this impartial viewpoint whose impartiality is not clear because it will seal the result in favor of Joe Biden, an important issue is being shaped in the U.S. climate and it is the tensions created in line with bringing supporters to Washington and this atmosphere may move in a direction that may not  let the country to stay away from bi-polarization even if Trump himself wants to retreat from his stance.

Former U.S. President Barack Obama in a warning interview has pointed to his concern about undermining the democracy in the U.S. but the Trump clan pays no attention to such consequences.

It seems recent visits of U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and U.S. Special Representative for Iran and Venezuela Elliot Abrams to the occupied lands (Israel) and their meetings with the Zionist regime may speak of some explanations about a behind-the-scene plan that the White House has concealed it behind its claim of not conceding the defeat in the election.

The visits can appease the concerns of the Zionist regime and at the same time they can explain the secret plan that the plan essentially can be the Republican’s evaluation of the current U.S. economy and they are actually seeking dividing the country into two parts in order that they could hand the doubts over  to some part of the country, and they themselves ride the other rich part of the country.

The surprise which had been promised by President Hassan Rouhani regarding the White House failure in triggering the snapback mechanism and its ineffectiveness came true on Sunday, September 20.

After one month of media ballyhoo of senior officials of the White House regarding the return of the UN sanctions (stipulated in the UN Resolution 2231) against Iran, the UN was to announce its stand in a meeting but with involvement of European troika in the snapback mechanism which has been mentioned in the JCPOA, the mechanism was not activated due to official pullout of the U.S. from the JCPOA.

In order to frighten Iran, the U.S. dispatched its aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN-68) with over 5,000 navies and troops to the Persian Gulf and trumpeted that the carrier has passed the Strait of Hormuz and entered the Persian Gulf in order to squeeze the throat of Iran in the Strait of Hormuz after activating the snapback mechanism but it did not happen.

Meanwhile at the same time U.S. President Donald Trump and his Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in recent days had tried to pave the ground for the return of sanctions through resorting to the intimidation but this time the U.S. was left more isolated than ever, and beside Russia and China, other Western states did not heed its order and refrained following it because UK, France and Germany on September 19 by sending a letter to the UNSC once again reiterated their own stand of defending the JCPOA, and announced that the UN embargos against Iran which had been suspended after signing the nuclear deal, JCPOA, in 2015 would not return  despite the U.S. insistence.

According to the Russian news agency Sputnik, the European troika wrote a joint letter to the head of the UNSC where they stipulated, “Any decision or action regarding the return of the UN sanctions and reimposition of the U.S. sanctions after its pullout of the JCPOA in 2018 is incapable of having legal effect.”

The phrase of “incapable of having legal effect” noted in the letter was both almost a humiliation to the U.S. and also an indication to the deep rift in the Wester camp’s stand with the U.S. In this letter, it has also been pointed to the previous UN Resolutions against Iran and it has been emphasized, “Our view was widely shared in the Council, which was reflected by the President of the Security Council in this conclusions of 25^th of August.” The letter concludes, “The E3 remains committed to the fully implementing UNSCR 2231 (2015) by which the JCPOA was endorsed in 2015. We have worked tirelessly to preserve the nuclear agreement and remain committed to do so.”

Although the U.S. Department of State by issuing a statement has claimed it has activated the snapback mechanism and they believe that the world will follow this system but the UN and European diplomats have different views.

According to the French news agency, AFP, a European diplomat on Saturday and regarding the activating the return of international sanctions against Iran said, “Americans will pretend they have activated the snapback mechanism and sanctions will return and come into effect. But this action has no legal basis, and as the result it can have no legal consequence.” A UN diplomat also said, “I don’t see anything happening. It would be just a statement. It’s like pulling a trigger and no bullet coming out.”

To complete this theory that the snapback mechanism does not function, Russian officials have recently warned that the U.S. unilateralism against Iran would lead to the disgrace of the UNSC.

What is observed in the U.S. behavior is that the U.S. in the emotional condition of the White House is trying to provide grounds to compensate President Trump’s previous failures on the eve of the presidential election as he is in dire need of a success but fortunately, the world is not with him and any stone he has thrown has missed the target.

An unproved charge, that the West Asian countries have paid its price for it, is attributed to September 11, 2001 event.

In fact, if Al-Qaeda was behind this scenario, Saudi Arabia’s rulers should have paid its price so that not only they did not pay, but also they paved the ground for presence of the U.S. Army in the region.

It was an incident where the U.S. guile is seen, and most individuals and international communities have casted doubt on it as the U.S. claims that the extremist group Al-Qaeda with financial support of Saudis has masterminded the attack and they are trying to cover up the role of Saudi government in order to milk more this milk cow. So the plot was carried out in the morning of September 11, 2001 when 19 Al-Qaeda forces hijacked four American passenger planes.

The first plane crashed the northern part of the World Trade Center building at 08:45 a.m. and then the second plane hit the southern side of the building at 09:03 a.m. Immediately after the second plane crashed the building, the U.S. government ordered the closure of New York airports and imposed curfew in the tunnels and bridges of the city.

The then U.S. President George Bush who was in Florida officially announced that the U.S. was attacked and flew to one of the U.S. military centers. One of the hijacked planes hit the Pentagon in Washington D.C. at 09:43. This attack caused the government to order immediate evacuation of the White House.

The southern building collapsed at 10:05 almost one hour after the being hit by the plane. At 10:10 the west side of the Pentagon collapsed. At the same time the fourth plane crashed near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

This attack made the government officials order evacuation of the United Nations, Department of State and Department of Justice buildings and later the World Bank building. The northern building of the Twin Towers collapsed at 10:28. After this collapse, all government federal buildings were closed and evacuated in Washington. Israel also closed down its diplomatic centers worldwide. All government center in New York were closed and the then New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani who is mistress of the MKO group (Iranian terrorist Group) urged citizens not to leave their residences.

International airports of Los Angeles and San Francisco were almost completely evacuated and closed. At 13:04, U.S. President Bush while he was at the Barksdale Air Force Base announced that the U.S. forces were on full alert in all over the world, emphasizing that elements behind this crime will be harshly punished.

At 13:44 the Pentagon announced that five warships and two aircraft carriers were in charge of protecting the security of eastern coasts of the U.S. It also ordered the ban on commercial flights all over the U.S. until Wednesday.

The fire resulted from the attack swept the Building No. 7 of the World Trade Center at 16:10. The New York stock market, The Wall Street, was forced to shut down. At 16:30, U.S. President Bush flew from Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska to Washington. The building No. 7 of the 47-story World Trade Center tower collapsed at 17:20. President Bush and his wife under tight security returned to the White House at 18:54. The Twin Towers of the World Trade Center collapsed completely in two hours. At 16:00, CNN TV channel reported that the U.S. officials would probably blame the Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden for this terrorist attack.

Al-Qaeda was and is still a group which was formed by Bin Laden during the Soviet Union troops’ withdrawal from Afghanistan in order to conquer Afghanistan as their ruling realm. Al-Qaeda in 1988 and in a fatwa (religious order) announced that it is the duty of any Muslim to kill Americans in any part of the world. Bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri, Ahmed Rafia Taha, Mir Hamza and Fazl al-Rahman seemed to be the leaders of Al-Qaeda at that time.

According to the claims of the Americans, Khalid Sheik Mohammed, a senior member of Al-Qaeda, was one of the masterminds of the 9/11 terrorist attack.

Iran’s former President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad several times during his speeches at the UN General Assembly attributed the 9/11 attack to the U.S, and called for forming a fact-finding committee. He also in his speech said: “9/11 is actually a pre-planned game for inciting the human community sentiments and for finding a pretext to attack at the Islamic region and occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan, and it has led to killing of one million innocent people in these regions.”

Among the different assumptions and analyses on the 9/11 event, activists in analyzing the role of Freemasonry’s role in today’s world have some views. They believe that 9/11 event had been planned years before being taken place. To prove their views, they point to the existing ambiguities in reporting the accident that the Twin Towers disaster and deaths of thousands of people was not actually carried out by Bin Laden’s men but it was done by the U.S., Freemasonries and Jews.

To proof this claim, they say it is enough only to fold a one-dollar note to see the picture of Twin Towers after being hit by Boeing planes.

TEHRAN – President Hassan Rouhani has condemned U.S. sanctions which have obstructed Iran’s access to medicines amid the coronavirus pandemic, saying the White House knows nothing about humanity.

Speaking during a meeting of the national task force for fighting the coronavirus on Saturday, Rouhani slammed Washington for blocking a request by the Iranian government for a loan from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to combat the deadly outbreak.

“We requested a $5 billion loan from the IMF and all members agreed, but America does not allow us to get the loan for medicines and treatment,” he said. “They have distanced from humanity as far as this. The White House today has no sense of humanity. If it had a sense of humanity, it wouldn’t have done this,” he said.

The Iranian president also lashed out at what he called “friendly countries” that have frozen Iran’s money in their banks.

“We have countries that are also our friends and our money is in their bank, [but] they have locked it three times and are not willing to release our money for our needs. They say that the Americans have pressured” them against unfreezing Iran’s money and that they had retreated in the face of the US oppression, Rouhani said.

Such a crime is unprecedented in history, with a country not being able to draw off its money deposited in a bank in a bid to cover its people’s health needs, he underlined.

The Americans, he added, are angry about how the Iranian government is managing the country, so they are mounting their pressure despite the country’s fight against the highly contagious virus.

Iran has been contending with the deadliest pandemic the world has seen in many decades amid US sanctions, which have seriously hampered efforts to contain the outbreak.

More than 397,801 Iranians have been infected with COVID-19 in Iran. More than 22,913 have died, while 342,539 have recovered.

President Rouhani went on to say that a top priority for the government is to provide medicines for people amid the tough economic situation caused by sanctions.

“At a time when enemies have even banned [companies from sending] medications needed by the people as part of their unfair and illegal sanctions, a high priority for the country is to meet needs for medicines,” he said.

He made the remarks during a conversation with Governor of the Central Bank of Iran Abdolnasser Hemmati, who presented a report on the trend of procurement of raw materials for pharmaceutical companies.

Hemmati said some $900 million have been allocated to the import of medicines and medical equipment over the past six months.

Americans after suffering consecutive defeats in the Middle East, including Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Yemen, today is facing a rising power in the South America that  yesterday through making political and economic hype, it failed to bring down this rising phenomenon, Venezuela,  which has almost been soaked  by the rain of resistance maturity in the region.

Yesterday all pressures were focused on a point that was the source of all independence-seeking movements in the region and the U.S. tried its best to push back this move to its starting point and to dry up the grounds for materialization of anti-capitalist revolutions in the continent which is attributed to the U.S. and some in its neighborhood.

In almost past three years, the White House, led by President Donald Trump, has constantly stepped up its economic sanctions against Venezuela and has condemned Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, and in fact it called on Venezuelan people to topple Maduro’s government which is actually an anti-U.S. government and source of materialization of interests of anti-capitalists of the U.S. type in this half of the continent. But Iran and Venezuela hand in hand thwarted all seditions and plots one after the other.

Since January 5, 2019 when Juan Guaido became the president of National Assembly of Venezuela, he actively tried to make Venezuela’s military and international communities recognize him as Venezuela’s legitimate president.

After President Trump’s recognition of Guaido as Venezuela’s President, Brazil, Colombia, Canada, Peru and Chile also recognized Guaido as legitimate president. Of course, Guaido with support of Trump in a speech addressing his supporters in the east of Caracas said, “I swear to take charge as the caretaker president of Venezuela till to topple this usurper government.”

But where does he stand today and where does Venezuela stand? Today Venezuela’s economy is moving on course to produce gasoline domestically and to solve its economic problems as a leading country in the continent. Tomorrow the story is totally different. Tomorrow Venezuela will be Iran’s counterpart in the continent because Maduro thinks of making its military independent and he wants to boost his country’s military power and capability.

This week and reacting to his Colombian counterpart’s claim that Caracas intends to buy missiles from Iran, Maduro welcomed the idea.  During a televised broadcast with cabinet members, instructing Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino to follow up and jokingly telling his cabinet to keep the plan a secret, noting, “It had not occurred to me.”

In order to herald his ambition to neighboring states, supporters and opponents, he said “What a good idea, to speak with Iran to see what short, medium and long range missiles they have, and if it is possible, given the great relations we have with Iran.”

Earlier the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Embassy in Caracas had announced that Iran was on the verge of finalizing a trade deal with this Latin American state. Last week, a ceremony marking the 70th anniversary of restoration of ties between Iran and Venezuela was held in Caracas with senior Venezuelan officials and Iran’s ambassador in presence. Iranian officials have not reacted to Maduro’s remarks on buying missiles from Iran. But regarding this point that political relations between both states are progressing on course to the growth of resistance culture, undoubtedly the Islamic Republic of Iran’s response, if it is officially received, would be positive.

Venezuela has actually been the U.S.’s backyard in the Latin-speaking countries and it is still, but since  creation of motivation, it has provided Iran with appropriate ground for promoting the criteria for intensifying resistance against anti-justice capitalism.

Iran and Venezuela hand in hand will make the future of the Latin America and this motivation will provide the ground for weakening Washington.

According to the official statement of the spokesman of China’s State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) during an interview with Chinese news agency Xinhua, China’s foreign exchange reserves, either in form of securities or cash, in the American banks rose to nearly $3.115 trillion and during the Coronavirus pandemic the figure has increased by 0.02 percent.

The SAFE spokeswoman Wang Chunying in her interview has emphasized that in the current condition, China, due to its robust financial infrastructures, does not need its reserves in the U.S. banks and to some extent she signaled a peace message to Washington, and in her message she revealed the policy of waiting for the fate of the U.S.’s November election in order to show with whom China is to challenge in the White House.

It is interesting that despite decline in exports of China and trade war with the U.S., China’s forex reserves has been seen uptrend in June and according to the SAFE spokesman, China’s foreign exchange reserves rose 0.03 percent in June comparing to January and reached $3.115 trillion.

The Chinese official also said although global political and economic uncertainties are rising, Chinese monetary authority remained optimistic about stable foreign exchange reserves in the future, supported by economic growth within a reasonable range.

Economic analysts believe the increase in China’s forex reserves in the U.S. is because of change in the forex market relations, and they also believe the rise in China’s forex reserves has happened due to different factors like par of exchange rate and changes in the price of the assets.

These kinds of analyses also point to the concerns in the wake of the virus pandemic and its impact on the China’s financial market and East Asian region as well as global events like the BREXIT, and they believe the current economic condition in Europe and the U.S. have caused concern for the White House regarding radical forex decisions.

Perhaps Ms. Wang’s remarks in the interview may have been also some kind of assurance to the White House for alleviating the concerns and reducing tensions. Political experts in the U.S. believe that U.S. President Donald Trump is seeking a political war and even a military clash with China in order to pave the ground for defalcating China’s forex reserves under such a climate and condition. In the past six months, there have been several excuse makings which have intensified the tension between Beijing and Washington. Issues like the U.S. interference in the effective policies in Taiwan, criticizing the security law in Hong Kong and above all , accusing China of its intentional passiveness  in dealing with the Coronavirus and ultimately spreading the virus to the U.S. were of major excuses made by the U.S.

It is interesting that simultaneously with threatening China,Trump accuses Russia, which is one of the world super powers, of violating the open sky treaty. Creating simultaneous hostility with China and Russia can be considered as the doctrine of Cold War and freezing the reserves of the both countries in the current economic turbulence in the U.S.

The U.S. has shown this experience to the world when it is at odd with any country on any pretext, it freezes its forex accounts in its banks. The best proof for this claim is freezing Iran’s accounts and assets in American banks after the victory of the Islamic Revolution and overthrown of Mohammad Reza Shah, the U.S. lackey in Iran.

Eighty-one percent of small US companies surveyed by Veem, a global payments network, expect the new coronavirus pandemic to affect their business over the next 12-16 months, and nearly 90% are bracing for an economic slowdown, the company said Monday.

San Francisco-based Veem, which helped thousands of small companies apply for loans under the federal government’s $660 billion emergency Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), said small businesses were moving quickly to adapt to the changing climate.

Of the 690 firms surveyed, 65% said they had either submitted an application for the federal aid or planned to do so in the near future, Veem said in its first report on the sentiment among small to mid-sized businesses, Reuters reported.

The Small Business Administration has so far approved more than 2.5 million loans totaling $536 billion, it said Friday.

The US economy – the largest in the world – has been particularly hard hit by widespread shutdowns aimed at containing the spread of COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus. US government data on Friday showed the unemployment rate surging to 14.7% last month. The White House said joblessness could hit 20% in May.

The crisis was having a mixed impact on small businesses, said Veem chief executive Marwan Forzley, with some companies struggling to survive, while others benefited as their businesses were deemed essential or they switched to working online.

“When you look at the data, there’s surprising resiliency with these small and mid-sized businesses. Despite all the uncertainty, they’re trying to make changes in their businesses, to … either benefit from the situation or repurpose their business so that they’re not as badly impacted.”

Nearly 70% of the companies surveyed cited some uncertainty about the US economy in 2020, and 55% said they had already experienced some significant impact to revenue.

About 30% of the companies were more optimistic, suggesting that some industries were better positioned to thrive in the current environment, Forzley said, citing online retailers and other e-commerce businesses.

More than half of the companies reported moderate to high supply-chain disruptions as a result of factory shutdowns, border restrictions and industry-wide furloughs, and more than one third said they were now setting up regional supply chains or rapidly pivoting their supply chain to make needed supplies.

Nearly one-quarter of the companies were investing in new technology or aligning their information technology systems.

Liquidity remained a “key pain point”, the survey showed, with 52% of companies cutting operational costs and 59% applying for loans, the survey showed. Only 13% said they had not taken any measures to prepare for a slowdown.

Nearly 54% of the companies said they were freezing hiring and 23% were downsizing staff, but nearly 18% said they planned to increase staff training and support.

Defining the current condition, which is dominating the political, social and cultural structure in the West, is like a coin which completely manifests two fully opposite and contradictory sides. We do not forget that during the assassination of martyr Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, the White House, by using media as its tool, was trying to show that the assassination was a masterpiece but even the Americans reacted to this puppet show by staging some protests and there were also some fair analyses on the event. So these approaches and taking stands have targeted the hypocrisy of the Western governments like the U.S. that today people in the world consider the U.S.’s leadership policy as  double standard and even do not recognize it.

For a realistic analysis of a variable philosophy in the current condition of the West either the U.S. or Europe and some of their satellite states who trample down all criteria if they feel it is necessary, it does not need to go far. Just have a look at the JCPOA.  A government approves and accepts its obligations and another government ignores all its predecessor’s obligations and beats the drum of distrust in the world. This is just those contradictory standards or better to say double standards.

I remember well that in my articles in the past, I had used the word “double standard” because when I say double standard, you are better to translate it into hypocrisy and duplicity because diplomats use the expression of double standard for not applying it for duplicity. Otherwise in a simple and understandable language for all, today the West and comparatively the East, which believe the end justifies any means, are administered based on Machiavellianism methods.

One of many clear examples which verify my view is that Western countries’ policies are based on magnifying defects and weaknesses in other countries like Iran by trying to show other countries are insecure and by creating rift among governments and nations, while this Coronavirus pandemic has made public the huge gap between people, statesmen and the rich people. Let’s have a look at the U.S. elections. How presidential contenders have significantly disclosed about President Trump and the White House in recent days? It apparently shows that double standard has been defined everywhere but in the U.S., it has been defined more. The U.S. approach to its own people is not a criterion for my view, but it has the same double standard approach towards other nations and countries.

For example, let’s take Iran as a criterion. Iranian people in facing with the structure of programs of news TV channels like BBC and VOA are seeing clearly that these media outlets have defined their own policies to form the mindset of people against their governments but they have never been honest to their own people and are not, either. Let’s have a look at some conducted polls. How much is really the amount of public trust to the administering structures in Europe and the U.S.? One can clearly realize it and it needs no complicated or documented analysis.

If today an independent organization conducts a genuine worldwide poll, it will be clearly determined that how world people believe that in dealing with the Coronavirus pandemic, the U.S. has not told the truth and it still tries to hide its weaknesses from eyes of the world. How can one deny American and British people’s disbeliefs about the released statistics on the Coronavirus casualties? How can one ignore released contradictory opinions regarding the protection of the federative system in the U.S.? To which aspect of management in the damaged countries could we attribute unemployment statistics and economic decline of the West and slump in the oil price?

Yellow vests in France will not be forgettable. “99% Vs 1%” movement in the U.S. is indelible while it is today is run underground due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus and hunger but it will erupt like a volcano.

Regarding what I said, one can consider democracy as a media deceit and if someone or more people do their best to list the contradictions of democracy, we will see that even the claim of liberalism is nothing more than a mere lie.

Pro civilization philosophies in the world have not ever had the grounds for happiness of human being without comprehensive cognition of the human creation. Human nature by itself is metaphysicist and since he is not guided properly, he resorts to superstitious theories. If we do not trace freedom of thought in the framework of media exaggeration, the truths will be discovered.

Coronavirus today comparatively has portrayed the condition for living in panic and stress, and if the number of inflected Coronavirus patients surpasses 10 million, it will dissolve the remained sediment of the inflicted Westerns in itself.

We Shiites under the shelter of hope to Re-Appearance have immunized ourselves from these distortions. We hope others would think of such a loophole more than ever and find out the genuine and noble pro-civilization institution in human creation.
