The annual festivities started on Sunday morning, commemorating the moment the late founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini, disembarked from an Air France jumbo jet to a massive welcome back home, ending his exile in Paris.

Forty-two years ago, millions of Iranians thronged Tehran’s Mehrabad Airport to catch a glimpse of the return from almost 15 years of exile of the iconoclast at whose impending arrival the British-installed and US-backed Shah had fled the country.

The celebrations culminate on February 10, marking the resounding triumph of the Islamic Revolution which freed Iran from domestic despotism and foreign hegemony.  The victory came under the astute leadership of Imam Khomeini who ended 2,500 years of monarchy in Iran.

On Saturday, Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei visited Imam Khomeini’s mausoleum in southern Tehran to pay homage to the founder of the Islamic Republic.

Ayatollah Khamenei visited the mausoleum of Imam Khomeini, south of Tehran, to pay tribute to the late founder of the Islamic Republic on Sunday morning.

The Leader also paid tribute to Iranian martyrs laid to rest in a nearby cemetery, including the martyrs of the 1980-1988 Iraqi imposed war on Iran and a 1981 bombing in Tehran in which 72 officials were killed.

With the new anniversary, the Islamic Iran puts behind a tough year which was marked by the assassination of two icons – a military commander and a nuclear scientist – and the U.S. escalation of its maximum pressure on Tehran amid a pandemic with the ultimate goal of ousting the Islamic Republic.

Meanwhile yesterday, President Rouhani, in an online ceremony on Sunday inaugurated above 10 major water and electricity projects worth 47.76 trillion rials (about $199mn) in the provinces of Kordestan and North Khorasan.

The projects included:

– The third steam unit of Shirvan combined cycle power plant in North Khorasan province using 14 trillion rials of funds for the economic development of the region, sustainable electricity supply, and increase in the capacity of the national electricity network;

– A small-scale power station, four power supply projects, and two power transmission lines in Kordestan using 6,760 billion rials to provide electricity for subscribers and improving their satisfaction;

– five water projects including Ramesht Dam, two water and wastewater treatment plants, and two irrigation and drainage networks in Kordestan.

The named projects have been inaugurated on the occasion of the beginning of the 10-Day Fajr celebrations that mark the 42nd anniversary of Iran’s 1979 Islamic Revolution and under the framework of the A-B-Iran program.

A-B-Iran program (the acronyms A and B stand for water and electricity in Persian) was initiated in the Iranian calendar year 1398, during which the energy minister made 31 trips to various provinces for inaugurating over 220 major projects with a total investment of 335.6 trillion rials (about $7.99 billion).

One of the ministry’s programs under the framework of the A-B-Iran is rewarding efficient electricity subscribers with a 100-percent discount on their bills.

TEHRAN (PressTV) – Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has expressed his gratitude towards the country’s nursing staff for their enormous sacrifices during the coronavirus pandemic.

According To Iran News, The Leader made the remarks in a live televised address on Sunday on the occasion of the National Nurses Day that falls on the birth anniversary of Zeynab (AS), granddaughter of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

Ayatollah Khamenei felicitated nurses on the occasion, while also condoling with the nursing community, which has lost many of its frontline personnel in the fight against COVID-19.

“Today, nurses are dearer and more honorable in the eyes of the nation than ever before,” the Leader noted.

“Nurses are the angels of mercy for patients. This is a true definition, not an exaggeration by any means,” Ayatollah Khamenei said.

The Leader said that as part of their profession, nurses tend to both the patient’s body and soul, which is a remarkable role.

Ayatollah Khamenei considered such endeavor towards the alleviation of a human being’s pain as “one of the most beautiful spectacles in life.”

The nurses have been consistently present at hospitals and medical centers during the year-long outbreak, putting their own lives at risk, the Leader remarked. “To be fair, our nursing community performed an enormous task during this period.”

Ayatollah Khamenei said prior to the emergence of the COVID-19 outbreak, people would not attach as much importance to the nursing profession as they do now. “However, this is not enough,” the Leader said, advising the authorities to revisit the significance they ascribe to the venerable profession.

The virus that swept the country soon after its emergence in central China, has so far infected more than 1.1 million Iranians, including over 53,000 who have lost their lives.

The sheer extent of the outbreak has overstretched Iran’s medical staff.

The already uphill battle has been compounded by sweeping sanctions imposed by the United States, which prevent the entry of much-needed medicine and other medical supplies into the country, including the much-needed coronavirus vaccines.

However, Iran has successfully mobilized all of its resources — with assistance from the military sector – and has managed to reign in the viral outbreak to a reasonable extent.

The national anti-virus drive has seen the enforcement of large-scale health protocols and restrictions throughout the country.

TEHRAN – Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei says the collective effort, and innovation are the keys to ward off the impacts of the cruel sanctions against the Iranian nation.

“The country’s economic problem is not about not having or not knowing what approach to take. Rather, that which is required is diligence, courage, serious effort, and follow-up,” the Leader said while addressing a session of the members of the Supreme Council of Economic Coordination on Tuesday.

He called on the Iranian officials to concentrate efforts on thwarting and overcoming the sanctions instead of seeking their removal, pointing to the unsuccessful outcome of years of negotiations for lifting the sanctions.

There are two ways in warding off the impacts of the cruel sanctions, namely “neutralizing and overcoming them” and “lifting them”, he said, adding, “Of course, we tried the path of lifting sanctions once and negotiated for several years, but we did not reach a conclusion.”

The Leader, then, referred to the path of overcoming and nullifying sanctions and making them ineffective, and said, “This path may have difficulties and problems at the beginning, but it has a happy ending.”

“If we overcome the sanctions with effort and innovation and protect ourselves against the problems, the other side will see its sanctions ineffective, and will gradually lift the sanctions.”

Ayatollah Khamenei, elsewhere in his remarks, highlighted the importance of self-reliance and the use of domestic capabilities, instead of hoping for external assistance, saying that some are hoping for a change of position from foreign governments that themselves are grappled with their own domestic challenges.

Ayatollah Khamenei also referred to recent anti-Iran claims by three European countries and said, ”The situation of the United States is not clear and the Europeans are constantly taking a stand against Iran.”

“They tell us not to interfere in the region, while they themselves have the falsest interference in the affairs of the regional countries.”

He added, “While Britain and France have destructive nuclear missiles and Germany is on this path, they tell us not to have missiles.”

Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said the Europeans keep taking positions against Iran while they themselves are making the most incorrect interference in regional issues.

“Our missile program and our region are none of your business,” said the Leader, addressing the E3 leaders.

“They keep telling us not to meddle in the region while Britain and France possess destructive atomic missiles, and Germany is one the same path,” said Ayatollah Khamenei.

The Leader also warned the Iranian officials that foreigners cannot be trusted.

Elsewhere in his remarks, the Leader described anti-Iran sanctions as a crime.

“The issue of sanctions is a bitter reality and a crime committed by the US and its European partners against the Iranian nation,” he explained.

“This crime has been committed against the Iranian nation for years, but it has intensified over the past three years,” he noted.

Ayatollah Khamenei urged people to continue their resistance against sanctions.

“If we can overcome sanctions by making efforts and taking initiatives and standing up to problems, and the other side sees that sanctions have become ineffective, they will gradually give up on sanctions,” he said.

TEHRAN (PressTV) – A military advisor to Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei warns that an act of military aggression by the US against Iran that could lead to an even limited conflict is likely to set off a full-scale war that would afflict other parts of the region too.

According To Iran News,

The remarks were made by Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan, defense minister during President Hassan Rouhani’s previous tenure and former commander of the Air Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC). He made the comments to the Associated Press on Wednesday that the news agency published a day later.

“A limited, tactical conflict can turn into a full-fledged war,” Dehqan said.

He, however, not only clearly distanced Iran from any intention to trigger such a conflict, but also cautioned strongly about such confrontation’s repercussions for the region and, by extension, the world.

“We don’t welcome a crisis. We don’t welcome war. We are not after starting a war,” he said.

“Definitely, the United States, the region, and the world cannot stand such a comprehensive crisis,” the military expert noted.

He, accordingly, warned against any American military escalation in President Donald Trump’s final weeks in office.

Dehqan, meanwhile, addressed the likelihood of fresh negotiations with the U.S. and the quality that such talks could partake of.

He reminded that the U.S.’ atrocities under Trump had made it extremely difficult for Iran to accept its return to the negotiation table. Among the rest, he referred to the U.S.’ assassination of Iran’s senior anti-terror commander Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani on Trump’s direct order near Baghdad airport in January.

He called the IRGC’s retaliatory missile strikes against U.S. bases in Iraq that came almost immediately after the assassination a mere “initial slap,” and asserted that the Islamic Republic continued to seek the expulsion of all American forces from the region as revenge for the barbaric assassination.

“We do not seek a situation in which [the other party] buys time to weaken our nation,” he also said — apparently signaling that Tehran would not tolerate any American trickery in the event of any fresh talks — and said, “We are not after negotiations for the sake of negotiations either.”

Further, the advisor reiterated the country’s principled stance that its missile power is non-negotiable due to its forming part of Iran’s “deterrent” might.

“The Islamic Republic of Iran will not negotiate its defensive power … with anybody under any circumstances,” Dehqan said. “Missiles are a symbol of the massive potential that is possessed by our experts, young people, and industrial centers.”

The official also warned about Israel’s regional expansionist ambitions that saw the regime normalizing its relations with the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Sudan earlier in the year. Dehqan warned that the ambitious march was a “strategic mistake” that could put Tel Aviv in a parlous state.

“It is opening an extensive front,” he said. “Just imagine every Israeli in any military base can be a target for groups who are opposed to Israel.”

Separately, the official said the United Nations nuclear agency could keep monitoring Iran’s nuclear activities as long as no inspector is a “spy.” He was seemingly referring to a case of apparent attempted sabotage last year that came amid the US and Israel’s escalated attempts at demonizing Iran’s nuclear energy program.

TEHRAN – Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei says Iran at the current critical time requires “cooperation, unity and solidarity” more than ever.

He made the remarks during the first in-person meeting with President Hassan Rouhani and members of the National Headquarters for Managing and Fighting the Coronavirus in Tehran on Saturday since the outbreak began.

“In some countries, such as the United States, the worst management has been applied, but we must try to deal with this phenomenon which is linked to the lives and health of the people and their security and economy with the best management,” the Leader said.

The prerequisite for proper management is “taking decisive governance decisions”, “convincing public opinion” and securing “cooperation of all institutions as well as the cooperation of the people,” Ayatollah Khamenei said.

“This cooperation, however, is not limited to countering the coronavirus; rather, it must exist in all issues, especially political issues, because the country, which has a strong nation, a new system and a new discourse, is naturally faced with major problems in the global and domestic arenas,” he said.

Despite all these problems, “great work is underway in the country, and by God’s grace, no incident has been able to stop the Islamic Republic, but these obstacles, which are slowing down the momentum, must be removed as soon as possible,” the Leader added.

Ayatollah Khamenei also praised the National Headquarters for Managing and Fighting the Coronavirus and its affiliated committees, calling the performance of the medical and health personnel “very brilliant” and their practice as “jihad in the way of Allah”.

The Leader said there is need to immediately launch a follow-up base and affiliated committees to implement the decisions of the National Headquarters for Managing and Fighting the Coronavirus and monitor their implementation.

The Ministry of Health should also be given centrality in determining and charting out restrictions related to the new coronavirus, he said.

“Once the Ministry of Health has determined the instances of the restriction, other bodies must comply with them, without taking into account any considerations.”

Ayatollah Khamenei said strict control of the country’s entry points, restriction of unnecessary intercity traffic along with public persuasion and strict application of rules in the urban transport fleet and public environments are examples of restrictions and the main responsibility for implementing and supervising them lies with the National Headquarters for Managing and Fighting the Coronavirus and law enforcement forces.

The Leader also touched on the living and employment conditions of some people which have become more difficult by the implementation of strict coronavirus regulations.

“In this regard, the government should consider support packages, while donors and other people should also enter the field and come to the aid of these people, because this is one of the best deeds and the best means of approaching God.”

Before the speech, President Hassan Rouhani briefed the Leader on measures taken by his administration to counter the coronavirus in the past eight months.

According To Iran News, The U.S. presidential election is to be held in a condition that each one of the two major candidates has not missed talking about Iran in their debates and rallies. Of course Iran issue is not just limited to this year’s election campaign.

In every edition of the U.S. election, one of the dominant issues in the debates has been the approach regarding dealing with Iran which has been used as a criterion for propagation and winning the votes of American people, and of course the pro-political parties’ media have been, and are still, the leaders of stoking such conditions. This issue, since the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran in 1979 and in the almost the almost past four decades, has been repeated 11 times and each time during any round election campaign.

Perhaps this topic has come under the spotlight by the U.S. media in the current condition because in the past seven years, Iran’s leaning towards Europe has revealed the intra-conflicts in the Western camp with deeper crack, especially Europe and the U.S. The most evident crack can be seen in two different ways in dealing with the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

U.S. President Donald Trump and his like-minded allies even during Barack Obama’s presidency had emphasized that the next government would resist accepting the JCPOA but Iranians acted naively and did not take it seriously.

But today and on the threshold of the presidential campaign clash between Mr. Trump and his Democrat rival Joe Biden, this issue has become more serious. On one hand, Trump in his campaign threatens that with a stricter policy, Iran would start negotiations after the election, and on the other hand, the Democrats have revealed their decision that should they succeed in the election they will be after a complement to the JCPOA. U.S. Democrat Senator Robert Menendez has acknowledged that even before the pullout of the U.S. from the JCPOA, the French had been after completing the JCPOA. Despite being a Democrat, Menendez has been one of the opponents of the Obama government’s stance regarding nuclear deal with Iran and at the time of striking the deal, he openly and officially said, “I know that even our closest allies, namely, those who currently have close relations with us (he meant UK and France) know that it is necessary the JCPOA to be built on other topics even without believing that the JCPOA is the beginning and the end of the works needed to be done. The reality is that it needs more works to be done.”

Menendez meant France’s intention for completing the JCPOA talks which were held between European countries and Mr. Trump before the U.S. pullout of the nuclear deal. During those talks, the French suggested proposed the U.S. the Complementary Agreement on the JCPOA which had included some proposals for reaching agreements on the missile programs and regional activities of Iran.

Regarding the U.S. rejoining the JCPOA, Biden has said he would be after an agreement beyond the JCPOA. In a response to a question of a reporter regarding Biden’s view, Menendez says, “Look, I think Biden will also face with realities which show Iran nuclear agreement and its perishable contents are today a more important issue till the time the U.S. rejoins it.” He then adds, “The truth is that any government comes to power will face this reality that Iran has moved more towards developing its arms, conducted more tests on ballistic missiles and it has become skillful in it and it still continues its destructive activities.”

On the probable agreement that Biden is after reaching it with Iran, Menendez believes, “We should call it JCPOA Plus because the truth is that we will need an agreement beyond the JCPOA for confronting challenges with Iran.”

So with such remarks it is very natural that Iran’s stand regarding election of one of these two rivals as the U.S. President to be the same because both of them are not to rejoin the deal that they have signed. Both parties are captive in the claws of Zionist regime policies. It is impossible that the U.S., because of losing its self-confidence since the victory of the Islamic Revolution, can make an independent decision from the interests and policies of Tel Aviv.

Today the JCPOA Plus in the eyes of Americans is a step forward on course of toppling the Islamic Republic establishment and one can see it very well among minor and major remarks and decisions in the pillars of the two major American political parties.

If we think that life span of some governments in the U.S. is 8 years, again we have not been wrong to say that effective parameters on the sidelines of elections make the White House residents take their own stand and exert their own taste and will.

Let’s have a look to Barack Obama’s performance in two terms of his being in office who said goodbye to the White House nearly four years ago. His two terms were totally different. Every candidate usually tries to attach more importance to Zionist current’s needs and views in order not to damage his/her re-election for the second term. So the U.S. interactions with the countries like Russia and China are usually different in the second term comparing to the first one. In the second term, governments in the U.S. are more risk-seeker. The U.S. governments in their first terms are usually weakling and are more impressionable to the Zionist lobbying.

If we have a look at Donald Trump’s behavior in the first term, we see his coquettish acts for the Quds Occupier Regime to please it. Moving the embassy from Tel Aviv to Quds (Jerusalem) and lobbying for the Deal of the Century and recent agreements between Bahrain and the UAE with Occupier Regime are all considered as his coquettish acts for his re-election.

If we are to analyze the hegemonic character of the U.S., in implementing the streaming in the world, it has always played by reliance on the others’ cards. Let’s look at the formation of the NATO; it shows how the U.S. needs and relies on the support of others to head the organization.

Before Swiss Foreign Minister’s visit to Tehran for submitting the U.S. messages, Swiss Ambassador to Tehran Mr. Markus Leitner, who is considered as the man in charge of the U.S. interests section in Iran, contacted with the office of the newspaper and called for an appointment for talks and it was arranged. During his meeting we talked for nearly two hours.

After the common greetings, I asked him whether he wanted the meeting to be official by filming or covering it in the newspaper but he preferred the meeting to be an informal one as he wanted to talk to know me in-person because of editorials that I write in the newspaper and he reflects them to the Swiss Foreign Ministry. Of course he was not alone and a lady who was the third person in the embassy was accompanying him and noting down the details of our chats.

In the meeting Mr. Leitner said that my approach and stand was similar to the state-run newspaper and I was forced to explain him that if he looked at our stances in English daily Iran News with more precision, he would find that Iran News, before being a pro-government,  supported the Islamic Revolution and the Supreme Leader’s stances, and of course we defended the government’s stances  beyond our borders and if the Islamic Revolution’s interests were at stake, we did not hesitate criticizing. I added, “But our macro stand and policy in 26 years of existence of the newspaper has always been to support the resistance front and international stances of the Islamic establishment because it’s my heartfelt belief as a revolutionary person and I emphasized that the newspaper has actually never been pro-governments and has kept its independence in different periods despite paying the price for it.” While the atmosphere was getting cozy and friendly, Mr. Leitner said whether he could ask me as a pro-revolution person who is active in the private sector of Iran the question about what my opinion was about the ties between Iran and the U.S., I was to force to smile and to have some introduction that this very introduction became the reason to me to refer to my meeting with Swiss Ambassador. I told him that Americans were not after restoring ties and they were making more profit from this dispute.  I added, “They frighten Arabs to milk them. Essentially, Americans in the West Asia have been either in alignment with the British or Zionist regime’s policies. A historical recollection shows that behind the decisions of their governments, Americans believe that there is no chance for success without advice.”

I noted, “Let’s have a look to the oil saga during Iran’s Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddeq’s era in the summer time of 1953. Mosaddeq threw Shah out of the country who was then totally pro-British and began talks with the Americans for oil deal. American first accepted the deal but they realized that they should not mess with the British and they brought back Shah to Iran with assistance of Shah’s sister and the British and betrayed Mosaddeq who had befriended them. This means that Americans are not independent and they need an advisor. They do not have self-confidence. Their words are not their own.”

Richard Helms was the U.S. Ambassador to Tehran before the Islamic Revolution. Documents and remarks show that Helms did not take any action before getting the nod from British Ambassador to Tehran. William Sullivan was U.S. President Jimmy Carter’s ambassador to Tehran. Shapoor Ardeshir had appointed him as his senior economic advisor and the ambassador had given him a room in the U.S. Embassy.

During the nuclear negotiations and signing the JCPOA, U.S. President Obama was subordinated to Britain and Trump left the JCPOA because of Israel’s wish. All these evidences show that the U.S. is not independent and it also lacks enough self-confidence to make an independent decision. So it is clear that today due to conditions in both countries restoration of political relation is impossible.

Any sane man with two classes of education can realize “What cannot be completely attained, should not be completely left.” This is not my words and it is Hazrat Ali (First Imam of Shiites) (A)’s words. Hazrat Ali in his remarks says fulfilling some part of an assignment that the assignee is unable to do cannot be left because of its difficulty and impossibility. This rule is both rational and juridical.

In other words, Americans stabbed themselves with dagger as they have neither political nor economic relations. If they quietly had asked American oil companies to go and to take charge of projects in South Pars oil and gas field in Iran, there had been no ballyhoo that Americans have suffered a defeat nor had they been deprived of presence in an economic climate in Iran.

In this condition the lady who was accompanying Swiss Ambassador and taking notes shook her head in confirmation of my remarks. Some part of my talks with Mr. Ambassador passed with talking that one current did not rule in the U.S. and finally our meeting ended with a memorial photo.

In fact I believe Europeans, from UK to France, and in the competition with Zionist regime do not let Americans have relations with Iran. The U.S. for hundreds of reasons has not had enough self-confidence and will not either have for entering the market of the region without getting their approval and the major hinder is mainly its allies.

TEHRAN – Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei says Iran’s decisively victorious defense against foreign-backed forces of Iraq’s former dictator Saddam Hussein proved that invading the country is a “very costly” undertaking.

“When a nation shows that it has the diligence and power to defend itself and delivers a crushing response to invaders, invaders would then think twice before perpetrating any incursion against this country and its people, and realize that such an act of aggression would be very costly for them,” the Leader said on Monday.

Ayatollah Khamenei made the remarks via video-link during an event held in the capital Tehran to honor one million veterans of the country’s 1980-88 war against Saddam’s invading forces.

Successful engagement in the war, therefore, awarded the country its current level of security, the Leader noted, enumerating the rewards of the Sacred Defense.

The name signifies Iran’s eight-year struggle under the leadership of the late founder of the country’s Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini against the Iraqi aggressor.

The invading forces took on Iran with untrammeled foreign support in 1980, just one year after the victory of the Islamic Revolution. The war lasted until 1988, leaving a treasure trove of memories of self-sacrifice and spiritual conviction in ultimate divine victory.

The Leader said the defensive struggle also equipped the Iranian nation with a sense of self-belief in its ability to fend for itself and put it on a course of technological and scientific development because it had to wade into many new areas to be able to buttress its defense capability.

The war taught us that “some things that appear to be impossible, are actually possible,” Ayatollah Khamenei stated.

While specifying the actual goal of the warmongers as being the destruction of the country’s Islamic Revolution and its Islamic establishment, the Leader noted that Saddam and his Ba’ath party were just being used as “tools by powers, such as the United States, that had suffered serious blows from Iran’s Revolution.”

Others, like the Soviet Union, the Western military alliance of NATO, as well as some other Western and even European countries also contributed to the war because they were “concerned” about the emergence of a new phenomenon in the region that had been founded upon religion, Ayatollah Khamenei said.

Documents that surfaced afterwards showed the U.S. had entered some agreements with Saddam before the war, the Leader remarked, adding that during the war too, Washington would generously provide the former Iraqi dictator with intelligence and arms support.

Ayatollah Khamenei reminded how weapon-laden vessels would dock at regional ports to shore up the invading forces against Iran on a daily basis during the wartime.

Imam Khomeini, however, identified the main forces lying behind the war well, and aptly advised that the Iranian nation join the Armed Forces in fighting the invaders, the Leader said.

Imam Khomeini’s addresses at the time were marked by “truthfulness, innocence, acuity, and decisiveness,” while his leadership style featured appropriate discernment of the requirements of the battle’s different stages as well as proper moralizing of the Iranian servicemen, Ayatollah Khamenei recalled.

His leadership of the country during the war was also “very prudent,” Ayatollah Khamenei said, noting how his innovative wartime strategies would help the Armed Forces outflank the enemy at various stages.

In the meantime, Imam Khomeini brought about a “massive popular mobilization” during the war, helping recruit all the potentials that were being offered by the full spectrum of the country’s population into the battle, the Leader remembered.

This helped many potentials that lay latent in many people at the time to come to the fore, leading to emergence of many exceptional military, intelligence, and other leaders among the people, Ayatollah Khamenei said, citing the example of Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, former commander of the Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), and many others.

The U.S. and other powers started the war to overthrow the Islamic Republic, but they were defeated. Iran’s victory in this war is as obvious as the sun. The whole world used all their strengths for 8 years but failed to achieve their goal.

The Leader said despite some attempts at casting doubt over Iran’s victory in the war, it should be known that the country’s triumph is “as bright as the sun” as neither did it lose a handspan of its soil, nor did its leadership take a single step back.

This is while the former monarchical regime’s reign was marked by regular unauthorized intervention of foreigners, including during the World Wars, Ayatollah Khamenei noted.

The Leader said Sacred Defense constitutes part of the country’s national identity because it amounted to supreme manifestation of popular contribution.

The warfare, on the other hand, also betrayed the true and made-up face of the Western world to the Iranian people because it saw the entire Western front pool their forces to deny Iran everything and fortify its enemies to the limit, Ayatollah Khamenei said.

The Leader recalled how the Western countries would outfit the aggressors with chemical weapons, thus going back on all of their pro-human rights claims.

Ayatollah Khamenei finally called for the promotion and preservation of the memory of the heroic struggle, especially through creation of rich textual materials that could yield many other instances of content, such as plays and motion pictures.

These days whenever to log on Instagram, one sees that President Donald Trump has fallen in love of Iran and momently he or his abominable State Secretary Mike Pompeo repeat the name of Iran more than 70 times a day, it means Iran has danced on their lips, minds and remarks.

Why now has Iran become so important to him? Everybody says he needs a smile of Iran to win the U.S. presidential election. One can reassure that he has launched this puppet show of Bahrain and the UAE for the sake of his presidential election, and in order not to infuriate Iran more than this, he has never talked about Iran during the ceremony for signing normalization agreement ceremony in the White House. In fact the strategy of the White House in the ceremony was intentionally to avoid arousing Iran’s sentiment during this bachelorette party of Bahrain, the UAE and Zionist regime in the White House and even Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu used just one sentence against Iran which had been repeated by him once in a while in the past.

This prudence could not have happened by accident because from A to Z of this show had essentially planned by Trump’s Jewish son-in-law Jared Kushner against Iran’s policies in the region and especially in the Persian Gulf. Of course we should admit that the UAE officials unlike their Bahraini counterparts and Zionist elements have usually used more controlled rhetoric against Iran especially they do not want disclosure of their normalization with Zionists to be considered as an open and hostile step against Iranians and the Islamic Revolution. Maybe their joint water borders and geographical proximity and above all their trade exchanges with the Islamic Republic of Iran beside their concerns about emergence of insecurity in the Persian Gulf can be main reasons for taking such an approach.

So there is this possibility that advisors to the think-tanks which have drawn up this farce might have recommended the White House to stay away from political instigation. This indicates that the White House in the heat of the presidential election observes some important considerations.

It is necessary to remind that recently when  Chief of Staff of the President Mr. Mahmoud Vaezi was asked a question on talks with the U.S., he officially announced that both Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis and even before them Japan’s prime minister had brought the “dear babe” messages of the U.S. , and even Lavrov openly and in an interview announced Russia’s readiness for organizing talks between Iran and the U.S. if both sides are interested. Of course he ironically and delicately said that Washington’s efforts for extension of embargos against Tehran would hinder any progress in organizing the negotiations.

That Mr. Trump for official meeting with Iranians has repeatedly turned to the cameras or in the virtual space has said he will sign deal with Iran after the November presidential election can be considered as the message of resistance to the enthusiast supporters of negotiations inside Iran. The White House with plea, either with mediation or without mediation, thinks of restoring security in the region and to dispatch its companies, which have left out of Iran’s market due to the Zionist pressures or wrong strategies, to the region. But it is totally a  phantom because first, Iran does not consider Trump “trustworthy”, and secondly, Trump without taking a long step of repentance has not created a climate for winning the heart of Iran. The white House’s mistake lies in this point that it has prolonged the lifting the sanctions against Iran until its presidential election time which could be a step towards good behavior for attracting the consent of Iran, and it cannot now take any action and step until after the presidential election.

In fact one should say that the U.S. is the most maleficent country in the world which wrongly stepped out of the JCPOA and even lost the support of its aligned countries. Of course I think Trump will still take the rein in the office for the second term, and these messages are just for this issue that he wants to stop amazingly confronting with the Islamic Revolution of Iran and to act for his own and country’s interests by reducing military expenses because of the U.S. troops’ presence in the region.

Trump like Barack Obama after the elections for his second term needs less the Zionist regime and undoubtedly he attaches great importance to his country’s interests. Of course this remark is embedded in this framework provided that there is no undertaken ground to be provided to keep Trump or either Joe Biden for diplomacy confrontation with Iran. Islamic Iran definitely analyzes and interprets its own interests for protecting the revolutionary values. So, it will shun any effort for negotiations of any kind either proposed by Trump or Biden unless it gains some lucrative concessions which can safeguard the fundamental values of the Islamic Revolution.

Hizbullah chief Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah who is known as Mr. Resistance on Sunday and in his speech on the occasion of Ashura made some remarks which are very strategic in its kind and at the same time have half an eye on the past, present and the future of Lebanon.

Experts evaluate this speech politically and militarily as a process of an everlasting school in the culture of administering Lebanon. He started his Ashura speech by reminding the 33-day war with Israel, a war which not only changed seriously the fate of Lebanon in all political, military and strategic equations in the West Asia, but also caused regret that 80 million Iranian people have not known it as they should have known and have been remained unaware of the great impacts of the result of war in the regional developments because of filthy and mercenary-like performance of media, although one of the reasons for peace, security and stability in their lives in the past 13 years has been the significant and unbelievable effect of this war.

One should say Zionist and Quds occupier regime had come to put an end to the existence of Hizbullah forever. Ending it both militarily, and politically, through blaming Hizbullah as the main reason for attack and destroying Lebanon, and making people stand against Hizbullah.

But Hizbullah’s decisive victory was so that in the past thirteen years no bullet has been fired at Lebanon. In those years, the U.S. had occupied Iraq and Iran was in the heat of its nuclear crisis and destruction of Hizbullah was a prelude to the joint attack of the U.S. and its close allies, led by Quds occupier regime, at Iran. But God Almighty did not let it happen and it was only after Israelis’ humiliating defeat that they forgot thinking of any military attack at Iran.

On Ashura, Nasrallah by reminding the 33-day war emphasized that he was not man of bluff and psychological war. He held a map of the occupied lands in front of the TV cameras and delved into details that in case the smallest aggression against Lebanon and Iran happens, how Hizbullah forces will destroy any part of the occupied lands and how harsh the attack would be. He elaborated it with no exaggeration or slogan and just by mentioning the military progress of Hizbollah forces and tabling objective and apparent facts and figures to back his words. And with his explanations sentence by sentence and word by word, he painted the picture of annihilation of enemy. He also reminded the rulers of the UAE, who have made explicit their enmities against Iran, that in case of any blow from the U.S. against Iran, they will ravage all emirates of the country to the ground.

By his analysis, he showed the Saudis how they would be destroyed and he reminded all states in the region how any aggression against Iran will cost them dear. He continued his fiery speech to prove this point that the U.S. will not dare to wage a war against Iran.

Experts believe that the thought of Sayyad and Mr. Resistance and any sentence of him is expressed like a precision-guidance missile which is fired at enemies with full calculation and study and it sows the seed of fear and panic in the hears of the public opinions of hegemonic currents and Western, Saudi and Emirati rulers. This is a thought that takes attacking approach and stand in order to prevent enemies not even think of any dream of attack at Iran and Lebanon because they know that the real peace is only restored when we obtain real power and enemies cannot sleep the nights well because of their concerns and nightmare of this God-oriented power.

But it is a pity that while Sayyad Hassan alone with his brave speech had entered the political, psychological media war scene to thwart some part of West, Saudi and Arab-Hebrew psychological war against Iranians, unfortunately our national broadcasting IRIB with over tens of TV channels and its big media bodies and tens of several dedicated budgets did not reflect the voice of this Sayyad of Resistance who is, in true sense of the word, defender of goals of the Islamic Revolution in the world. It was expected his speech to be translated into different languages like Arabic, English, Persian and even Hebrew, or even video clips of his speech to be prepared and re-casted in order that his detailed analyses and data could make the determination of pro-resistance enthusiasts in the world stronger, and hearts of enemies be filled with concerns and panic and their queues be disarrayed. But we stood in a corner watching it with open mouth and passively. Passivity has taken us to the court of enemies and perhaps penetration of individuals and vicious thoughts have targeted the heart of our media outlets.

If I say outspokenly that his speech was of the type of Martyr Lieutenant Qassem Soleimani’s, I have not boasted or exaggerated. This speech filled hours of programs of most-watched and popular media of enemies, and several analyses have been added on its influential dimensions. Viva Mr. Resistance who put on display a curtain of genuine Islam’s power.
