TASHKENT – The Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Uzbekistan in a press conference on the eve of national referendum on renewing Uzbekistan Constitution briefed the reporters of the objectives behind the referendum and called it a new era in the history of Uzbekistan.

A member of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mine and Agriculture (ICCIMA) says recent developments and tensions between Azerbaijan and Iran has not created any hurdle in trade with Azerbaijan yet.

Ambassador of Republic of Uzbekistan to Tehran Bakhodir Abdullaev believes the upcoming April 30 referendum on changes of the Uzbekistan Constitution opens a move towards further development and improvement of welfare of the Uzbek people.

The president of the Iran Chamber of Cooperatives (ICC), in a meeting with the president of the JICA office emphasized the importance and priority of education and stated: Considering the extent of the cooperative sector and the necessity of training the latest technology in various fields, the training of managers and colleagues of the cooperative sector is one of the highest issue of the cooperative sector.

Vice-Minister of Trade and Integration of Kazakhstan says his country is determined to broaden its economic cooperation with Iran and reiterated Astana is determined to increase the current trade volume to the $3b target which has been set by the presidents of both countries.

Deputy head on developing market of the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Line (IRISL) Group Mr. Amir Bayat says that developing shipping in the Caspian Sea is not the mere action for consideration as implementing programs regarding reducing the time of load and unload of ships in the ports of the sea is on the agenda of IRISL that with development of Port of Solyanka of Russia this will be possible.
