    TEHRAN - During a high-level trade delegation to Russia, Samad Hasanzadeh, President of the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, announced that key infrastructure is being developed to issue certificates of origin for free trade with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
