The strategy of signing the JCPOA was an indication to a reality that revealed the distance between Europe and Israel during Barack Obama’s presidency in the U.S. Mr. Obama once and again took stands against the escape-to-forward currents in the Occupied Lands. This Obama’s strategy for containing people like Benjamin Netanyahu convinced Europe it could count on the U.S. Administration’s measures for supporting President Hassan Rouhani’s government by a mission to transform the Islamic Revolution and limiting the authority of the Supreme Leader but in the last stages of the nuclear talks and signing the JCPOA, hawkish U.S. Republicans in vivid opposition to the then U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry officially showed their opposition towards the JCPOA and issued a statement where they reiterated that the next U.S. government will override the deal.

During Donald Trump’s election campaign against Hillary Clinton and her defeat, he insisted that one of his programs is to pull out of the JCPOA. And ultimately, the U.S. government on May 8, 2018, officially pulled out of the JCPOA and announced the reimposition of the sanctions and its readiness for negotiations for a new deal. The decision for pulling out of the JCPOA was made in September 2017 and it was put on the agenda of Trump’s action in October. Since unilateral pullout of this international agreement was impossible for the U.S., the country was waiting for an opportunity to accuse Iran of violating the deal. These efforts of Trump Administration was itself a big problem ahead of the U.S., also Europe and even Zionist regime while the IAEA experts in their reports constantly announced Iran’s commitments to the deal. So the U.S. Administration was disappointed for finding a pretext to accuse Iran about its violation of the deal and it resorted to other pretext and focused on Iran’s ballistic missile program and called Iran’s missile program a violation of the spirit of the deal.

Trump also put the U.S. intelligence and security officials under pressure to fake some evidences that show Iran is violating the JCPOA.

On September 20, 2017, Trump made his decision on the nuclear deal with Iran but he did not announce it publicly. Since March 2018, there had been some news reports heralded in the media that the U.S. Administration were trying to disrupt the deal and the reports were intensified in April.

Trump did not have supporters in his administration in order to announce his decision publicly on the JCPOA. So he decided to have some reshuffles in the White House. So he replaced his Secretary of State Rex Tillerson with Mike Pompeo and his national security advisor Raymond McMaster with former U.S. Envoy to the U.N. John Bolton who were both encouragers of Trump for pulling out of the nuclear deal. The new appointments were very close to the Zionist regime’s policies and their thoughts were close to Trump’s and they considered the pullout of the JCPOA as the priority of the U.S. Administration.

On May 1, 2018, Trump by tweeting said that he would announce his decision on the JCPOA on May 8, 2018 at 14 p.m. according to the U.S. local time (22:30 p.m. in Tehran) and announced a 180-day deadline for companies, traders and businesses to stop cooperating with Iran. Trump ordered reimposition of all sanctions either missile or nuclear related ones.

Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Israel were the first countries which welcomed Trump’s dicision. In other words, the U.S. apparently left Europe to get closer to Israel but Europe was left in limbo and it did not know whether to remain in the JCPOA or leave it. Over one year after the U.S. pullout of the deal, although Europe still  insists on commitment on the JCPOA principles but it has been actually getting close and closer to the Zionist regime by remaining passive by taking no measure for safeguarding the JCPOA and it actually puts Zionist regime’s policy on its agenda. In other words, since Europe lacks a united and independent policy, it has been left flabbergasted politically which is completely barren for taking a logical strategy.

That Europe is trying to save the JCPOA’s appearance and to find a way to evade the U.S. possessive policies is impossible due to the massive penetration of Zionists in the depth of Europe structure. In other words, Europe is not able to make decision on implementing the INSTEX without having Zionist regime’s consent.
