Addressing the first Top Public Relations Offices of the Executive Bodies of Neishabor Town, Eng. Sheibani pointed to the economic role of Khorasan Steel Complex in the country as well as in Neishabor Town, adding that the company has had great impacts on the social and cultural development of the town, too. He went on to say that performance and measures of the company especially in the social and cultural fields have strengthened hope among the citizens of the town and it has had considerable impact on the development of the town.

He also pointed to the cultural activities of the KSC like cooperation with municipalities of the town regarding the green space and signing MoU on sports activities.
Mr. Sheibani added that holding the festival of the top public relations of the town was aimed at reviewing one year of activities of the public relations and pointed to the significant role of the public relations in reflecting the performances of the executive bodies.
He also pointed to the skills of public relations which help transparency and boosting the awareness of the public in a fair and wise climate.
In the beginning of the festival, head of planning department of Khorasan Steel Complex presented a complete report about the performance of the complex.
At the end of the festival, the top public relations of the town were awarded with their prizes.
