TEHRAN – English playwright Peter Shaffer’s “Amadeus” will go on stage under the direction of Javad Molania at Tehran’s Hafez Hall on March 27.
An orchestra, which will be conducted by Nader Mashayekhi, will perform the music live for the play, which is about the rivalry between Mozart and his fellow composer Antonio Salieri, Molania told the Persian service of MNA on Friday.
“I will provide a new insight into the play, which portrays jealousy and greed,” he said.
