Judiciary Spokesman said that Iran has always been one of the biggest victims of various forms of terrorism, including various types of cyber-attacks.

TEHRAN (Iran News) – Judiciary Spokesman said that Iran has always been one of the biggest victims of various forms of terrorism, including various types of cyber-attacks.

Speaking at a weekly presser held on Tuesday, Judiciary Spokesman Massoud Setayeshi touched upon U.S. terrorist activities aimed at imposing sanctions on the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence and stressed: “During the past years, Iran has always been one of the biggest victims of various forms of terrorism, including various types of cyber-attacks.”

“These attacks were designed and carried out by the US administration and the Zionist regime, and in these attacks, Iran’s important infrastructure was damaged, which could have claimed people’s lives and destruction of properties, but it was neutralized by the measures of Iranian experts, He added.”

Setayeshi further stated: “The Americans are brazenly trying to apply a new pressure against Iran with a label that has always been abused by them, which is definitely doomed to failure and disgraceful for them.”

Albania cut diplomatic ties with Tehran after accused Iran of hacking government digital services and websites.

Iran has rejected the accusation that it was behind the attack as “baseless,” calling Albania’s decision to sever diplomatic ties “an ill-considered and short-sighted action.”
