Iran, EU Hold Intensive Talks on JCPOA Revival
As the new round of talks in Vienna to revive the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action(JCPOA) entered its fourth day on Sunday, top Iranian and Russian diplomats held separate meetings with European officials to finalize terms of agreement on Iran's peaceful nuclear program.

On Thursday, the negotiating delegation of the Islamic Republic of Iran, headed by Ali Bagheri Kani, arrived in Vienna, the capital of Austria, to continue negotiations on lifting sanctions.

Iranian diplomats have repeatedly emphasized: “The stability of the agreement is in its balance and assurance against assurance.”

According to Iranian diplomats: “The alleged safeguard issues have been created by political pressure and have continued with political pressure and are of a political nature and should not be a pretext for abuse against Iran in the future.”

Iranian diplomats also stated about the atmosphere of the talks in Vienna: “Now is the decisive time, and the trust of the Iranian side must be rebuilt as soon as possible.

The meeting between Ali Bagheri  Kani and Enrique Mora at Coburg Hotel on Sunday lasted for more than an hour.

Iran’s chief negotiator left the Coburg Hotel in Vienna after holding talks with the EU’s coordinator of the 2015 Iran international nuclear deal.

According to reports, the European Union expert delegation arrived at the Coburg Hotel a few minutes ago to meet Mora. Also, Mikhail Ulyanov arrived in Coburg to meet with Enrique Mora.

Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia’s ambassador and permanent representative to international organizations based in Vienna, who is the head of the Russian delegation in negotiations to lift the sanctions, wrote in a tweet:” Met today once again with the EU Coordinator at the Vienna Talks on the JCPOA Mr. Enrique Mora.

He expressed hope that the continuation of this process would lead to reaching a final agreement. After a nearly five-month hiatus, the new round of negotiations to lift the sanctions began last Thursday in the capital of Austria.

Iran’s chief negotiator Ali Bagheri Kani held talks in the Coburg Hotel with Enrique Mora. The talks have reached crucial stages while reaching the finish line, and the final agreement is pending the political decisions of the West, especially the United States of America, as the party violating the 2015 agreement.
