Iran to Unveil Nuclear Industry Strategic Document
Iran is going to release a strategic comprehensive document on its nuclear industry, a spokesperson said.

TEHRAN (Iran News) – Iran is going to release a strategic comprehensive document on its nuclear industry, a spokesperson said.

Speaking at his first press conference of the new year on Tuesday, the spokesman for the Iranian administration Ali Bahadori Jahromi unveiled plans to celebrate the National Nuclear Technology Day, which falls on April 9.

During the upcoming event, to be hosted by the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran and attended by President Ebrahim Raisi, the “comprehensive strategic document on development of the nuclear industry” will be unveiled, he added.

In recent years, Iranian scientists have made remarkable progress in the field of peaceful nuclear technology despite the sanctions imposed by the West.

It will be the 16th year Iran will celebrate a national day to mark its achievements in the nuclear industry.

The said that the first action of the government in the new year to fulfil the slogan of the year, was to prepare and compile the regulations of knowledge based institutes.

Bahadori Jahromi said: “At the beginning of the new year and the determination of the slogan of the year by the Leader caused hope among the people and officials, and His Eminence’s statements have always been a way forward for officials and the government.”

He added: “The first action of the government in the new year to fulfill the slogan of the year was to prepare and compile the regulations of knowledge based-institutes.”

Referring to Nowruz trips, Bahadori Jahromi said: “After two years of travel ban in the country, we witnessed a boom in trips during Nowruz, and during these days, 23 organizations under the Ministry of Tourism were serving the dear people round the clock.”

He added: “We saw more than 50 million overnight stays during the Nowruz holidays, which has increased by 60% compared to last year, and 2 million passengers have used the airlines, which has increased by 41% compared to last year.”
