Iran-Uzbekistan Joint Commission to Convene in March
Head of Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization Alireza Peyman Pak met Uzbekistan trade delegation led by Uzbek Deputy Investment and Foreign Trade Bakhtiyar Rakhimov and during the meeting it was announced the Joint Iran-Uzbekistan Economic Commission will convene in March.

TEHRAN (Iran News) – Head of Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization Alireza Peyman Pak met Uzbekistan trade delegation led by Uzbek Deputy Investment and Foreign Trade Bakhtiyar Rakhimov and during the meeting it was announced the Joint Iran-Uzbekistan Economic Commission will convene in March.

In the meeting, some issues like holding the 14th joint economic commission, supporting the traders and making them familiar with capacities of the two countries, holding special exhibitions, exchange of trade delegations and easing the banking transactions were discussed.

Peyman Pak in the meeting called for forming the joint bilateral committees in the field of transportation for using the capacities of Chabahar Port and developing bilateral cooperation in the field of rail and improving the roads.

He also announced readiness of preparing some documents for signing in the upcoming joint economic commission.
