Blast in Tabarrok Factory Left 1 Dead, 13 Injured in Iran
The explosion of Tabarrok factory reservoir near the southeastern city of Mashhad in Khorasan Razavi province left one dead and 13 wounded on August 3.

TEHRAN (Iran News) – Explosion of Tabarrok factory reservoir near the southeastern city of Mashhad in Khorasan Razavi province left one dead and 13 wounded on August 3, a local medical emergency services official has said.

The incident occurred on Monday morning in Tabarrok factory located in the Chanaran region near the provincial capital city of Mashhad, said the head of Public Relations of Mashhad University’s medical emergency services, IRNA reported.

Mohammad-Ali Shahi said 12 out of 13 injured were discharged from the hospital.

He added that investigations have been immediately started to find out the cause of the incident.

Tabarrok industrial manufacturing group is a holding company currently working in the food industry including the production of agricultural products and animal husbandry, the production of tomato paste, all kinds of sauces, edible oils, various types of flour and cellulose products.
