Harirchi: COVID-19 infections declining in Tehran
Iranian Deputy Minister of Health Iraj Harirchi said that the number of hospitalized patients, clients, and ICU admissions, as well as deaths from the COVID-19, has been decreasing in Tehran.

TEHRAN (Iran News) – Iranian Deputy Minister of Health Iraj Harirchi said that the number of hospitalized patients, clients, and ICU admissions, as well as deaths from the COVID-19, has been decreasing in Tehran.

Harirchi made the remarks about COVID-19 on Saturday at a press conference through video conference.

In the last few weeks, the trend of patients infected with the coronavirus in  Tehran is declining, but the statistics in Tehran can still be significant, he said.

As of Saturday, the total number of COVID-19 cases in Iran passed 106,000, of whom 6,589 lost their lives to the deadly virus.
