Iran's Parliament unanimously approved a double-urgency anti-Israel motion to confront Israel’s measures against regional and international peace and security.

TEHRAN (Iran News) – Iran’s Parliament unanimously approved a double-urgency anti-Israel motion to confront Israel’s measures against regional and international peace and security.

The motion includes a list of measures such as the establishment of Iran’s Consulate or Embassy in Al-Quds and boycott of Israel’s economic institutions among others, according to IRNA.

The motion, featuring 14 articles, was passed by 243 votes in favor and no votes against.

Speaker Ali Larijani urged the Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee to address the motion as soon as possible so that the Parliament could vote on that at the beginning of the next week.

The bill has been proposed by the chairman of the Parliament’s committee Mojtaba Zonnour.

Zonnour said during seven decades of its formation, Israel has created numerous problems for Muslims and peoples in the region, according to Fars News Agency.

He added that spying, terrorism, and martyrdom of Iranian nuclear scientists, cyber and electronic warfare, and cyberattacks on nuclear and economic centers are among the Zionist regime’s measures against the Iranian nation.
