He went on to say that the association has corresponded with vice-president and the related bodies, adding that previous pricing for vehicles by the related bodies have caused heavy losses on two national giant car-makers. Nemat Bakhsh reiterated that commanding pricing by the industry ministry has weakened the financial capabilities of the car-makers.

He went on to say that so far there are between 140,000 to 150,000 incomplete vehicles  in the factories and they cannot be completed due to  shortage of parts because vehicle-makers owe parts makers due to financial problems.

Nemat Bakhsh reiterated that according to the law, if the government prices a good or commodity below the real price, it has to support the manufacturer.

On the cooperation of Chinese vehicle-manufacturers with Iran, he said that  after sale services for Chinese vehicles still continue and producers are assigned to offer after sale services for ten years after the sale. So there is no concern for owners of Chinese vehicles, he added.

He went on to say that all should accept that the U.S. is a superpower and China fears of the U.S. sanctions and those Chinese companies which do not work with the U.S. will continue their cooperation with Iran and other companies have left the country.

Nemat Bakhsh pointed to the probable cooperation with Russians, adding that it is possible to cooperate with Russian vehicle-makers ,  admitting that Russian vehicles are not welcomed by the people.

He concluded that in case Russian vehicles enter Iran’s market, the ground for cooperation of Russian companies with a domestic vehicle-maker should be paved.
