Khorasan Steel Complex was one of the participating companies in the exhibition. The complex attended the exhibition to put on display its capabilities and equipment and parts of production line chain.

The company is after calling on domestic and knowledge-based companies for cooperation in indigenizing the manufacture of products and saving the costs and the forex in their productions.
The CEO of the company Eng. Ahmadi said that after launching the exhibition of indigenizing parts manufacturing in Neishabour, this permanent exhibition was launched in Mashhad to take most of capabilities and capacities of small industries of the province and domestic manufacturers. He went on to say so far 120 parts have been put on display in the exhibition in order to call on domestic manufacturers for cooperation.
Eng. Ahmadi added that Khorasan Steel Complex in recent years have taken huge steps for boosting production and self-sufficiency by inaugurating pelletizing plant and completion of its production chain.
He reiterated that by holding such exhibitions, the country can turn sanctions into opportunities for boom in industries.
Meanwhile addressing the opening ceremony, deputy industry minister Eng. Salehinia said that different parts of steel industry like concentrate and pelletizing plants need indigenization of manufacturing of some spare parts, adding that Iran has good experiences in the small and medium-sized industries.
During the ceremony, Khorasan Steel Complex and Khorasan Razavi Industrial Park Company signed a MoU for joint cooperation.
