The claim was abruptly refuted by a statement from the IRGC’s Public Relations Department as the statement said, “We will soon release drone footage of the USS Boxer, the American warship that [Trump] claimed to have shot down an Iranian drone on Thursday in the Strait of Hormuz, in a bid to let the world’s public opinion know the allegation is groundless and a sheer lie,” the statement said.

“The footage will show the IRGC Aerospace’s drone was carrying out its ongoing mission in the region before the entry of the U.S. warship into the Strait of Hormuz,” it added.

According to the statement, the footage will show the drone successfully transmitted pictures of the U.S. warship before and even after the time when the Americans claim they shot down the UAS. It will show the drone returned to its base safe and sound, it added.

The IRGC Navy and Aerospace forces are “smartly, constantly, and precisely” monitoring and controlling the activities of aliens, “particularly the terrorist forces of the U.S. and Britons”, as part of the Corps’ legal missions and in a bid to ensure the security of the Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf, the statement said.

The IRGC also vowed to give appropriate responses to any aggressive and unlawful move made by foreign forces in violation of the international laws.

That for a while the U.S. and UK officials in their interviews have tried to show that Persian Gulf is not safe and the region is also unsafe, one cannot consider Trump’s remarks as an exception from this climate. And it shows that this terrorist behavior is the beginning for a new plot but of course the Islamic Republic of Iran will stand against it with smart, bravery, loyalty and maturity, with having brave men of Martyrs Bakeri and Hemmat types in the Army and IRGC, and with the full support of the devoted nation.

Of course observing all international maritime laws is very important in marine plying, and seizure of British oil tanker Stena Impro indicates that security in the Persian Gulf is safe in favor of its people but  there is no security in the Strait of Gibraltar because of British pirates and it has been proved to the world recently.

That Iran is safe and sound despite presence of several armed terrorist groups like Jundallah, Taliban, Al-Qaeda, Al-Aqsa, Jaish ul-Adl, Jaish-e-Mohammad, Haqqani Newtwork, Harakat Ansar and Al-Jawadi Islami Alliance behind its eastern borders which are backed by the U.S., Israel, UK, and France, is because of bravery and vigilance of Iran’s forces who have stood firmly to defend their country against any harm. This indicates that Iran’s enemies are resorting to lies for gaining reputation but the truth is something else as France in the heart of Europe feels more insecure in climate of its people’s struggles against capitalism and freemasonry than the Persian Gulf and Iran, and Iranian nation owes this peace and security to the blood of their martyrs and gallant men.
