Speaking at the general assembly meeting of Sungun Copper Complex, Eng. Mohammad Reza Bani Asad Rad felicitated the Labor Day, adding that the country is currently in the economic war status and the major operation to reach victory is production and regarding the Supreme Leader’s remarks on boosting production, it is a must and enhancing production is the priority of the NICIC.

He said that last year was a successful year for the family of copper industry as the industry celebrated huge achievements in production and development and it should continue strongly with more incentive in the current year.
He also pointed to the satisfactory performance of Sungun Copper Complex , saying that the performance of the complex in the first month of the new year indicates that the volume of production is 5 percent above the target.
Bani Asad Rad added that all should identify opportunities for creating jobs in copper industry and the company would support any effort in this regard.
He asserted that the most important strategy of the complex is to accelerate the developmental projects and completion of production cycle. He noted that all should do their best to boost cathode production.
He also said that all should try to turn threats into opportunity and indigenizing is one of the opportunities which should be strengthened.
