Speaking in the 14th festival of public relations of Isfahan Province, Seyed Akbar Bani Taba said that public relation issue has become a popular one in the current world and it faces four major challenges and problems in Isfahan Province are resulted from those challenges, adding that structural educational, human forces, culture and specialty are of the major issues which have been neglected in Isfahan Province.

Reiterating that knowledge of public relations should always be upgraded and training and education should be paid more attention, he said, “We should ponder over human capacities and human forces”
Bani Taba noted that by reviewing the current world, one finds out that culture is also an important issue and specialty is very important beside the culture.
He reiterated that if efficient managers are not chosen and appointed, they cannot train good public relations, adding that public relations should have dominance over several services and issues.
He deplored that in Isfahan Province there is no integrity in the management, for example, there has been no effective meeting on the water shortages, and capacities in this regard have not been utilized.
He reiterated that inattention to the public relations will ruin the social capitals.
