TEHRAN – Head of sales and subscribers’ services in Isfahan Electricity Company says Isfahan city ranks first for providing online and not in person services for its subscribers.

Mr. Mehrdad Jannatian said that there are more than 1.15m subscribers in Isfahan city and currently 95 percent of services to them are online and they do not need them to go to the offices of the company.

He went on to say that the company has used several techniques to materialize this success. He went on to say that the company has launched a portal called “Samin” which serves the customers from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. through call number 38121 and users do not need to go to the offices. He added that since the launch of the portal, it has served 230,000 users and it has saved time and energy and it has eliminated the traditional methods for serving the subscribers.

On the monitoring and supervising, he said that the company has launched the “Basir” portal which is monitored by all managers and users can express their problems and complaints via this portal.
