A solo exhibition of sketch art by visual artist Mohammad-Ali Keyhani is underway at Kabiri Art Galleryin north Tehran.  Titled ‘Lines of Life,’ the exhibit features a collection of drawings with emphasis on lines, hatching and cross-hatching, Galleryinfo.ir reported. “A drawing is very much like a life; big and small lines together form an image. Sometimes after hours and sometimes after years of drawing we can find out what we’ve created. Then we can judge whether it’s something genuine or just another ordinary drawing,” Keyhani said in a note on the exhibit. “Sometimes, waiting is the hardest thing to do, waiting with perseverance until the lines come together.”
‘Lines of Life’ opened October 6 and will run through October 11. Visiting hours are 5 to 8 pm. The venue is located at No. 60, South Dibaji Street, north of Arghavan Park, Dowlat neighborhood.
