Tanzanian FM will head a delegation to Tehran on Wednesday, broke the news Iranian FM Spokesperson Ghasemi on Tuesday.
“Augustine Mahiga, the Foreign Minister of Tanzania, will arrive in Tehran tomorrow (on Wednesday) on the head of a delegation aimed to meet and converse with our country’s officials,” said Bahram Ghasemi, the Spokesperson of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, on Tuesday.
“The Tanzanian foreign minister will meet with Mr. Zarif, the Foreign Minister, in addition to meeting with Mr. president and some ministers of economy related areas to discuss the ways for developing bilateral ties.
Speaker of Tanzania’s National Assembly Job Yustino Ndugai, met with President Rouhani earlier in August. The Tanzanian law maker had traveled to Iran to attend Rouhani’s inauguration for a second term.
