Ali Larijani, the Speaker of Iranian Parliament, said on Wednesday that Iran is monitoring the behavior of its enemies and will deliver its response on the due time.
“The Americans and the Zionists should know that we are monitoring their behavior and we will deliver our response on the due time as their behaviors have no effect on our path,” said Ali Larijani, the Speaker of Iranian Parliament, on Wednesday.
He made the remarks while addressing closing ceremony of the 35th edition of Quarnic Competitions in Tehran.
“What the people of a society believe is the key to development in that society; the establishments are the tolls but the main development is up to the will of the people,” said the Iranian top law-maker.
“We are proud of ourselves because we defend the oppressed and the wronged; this is a point stipulated in our national Constitution,” he said touching upon the crises in Yemen and Syria.
“If we are supporting the people of Yemen and Syria is because they are wronged and they are in the hands of a bunch of predators,” he added.
“Adherence to Quran has led to being independent and has abled us to withstand these rude behaviors. Those temperamental states, which are on one path one day and on another one the other day and today are begging the Zionist regime to set up bilateral relations with, have no future and are worthy of nothing even before those powers they are begging now,” said the Iranian top legislator referring to some Arab states of the region which are trying to re-open relations with Israel.
