On Thursday, Russia and Ukraine marked their first anniversary of their war with an eye on an end to the war but it seems the U.S. is the only country which does not like this war to end through different moves and decisions which enrage the Russians to continue war and also encourage Ukrainians not to start peace talks for ending the war.
