The Judicial Organization of Iran’s Armed Forces rejected rumors that a nonsuit order was issued for the culprits of downing of a Ukrainian flight PS752 in early January 2020.

Iran is protecting the rights of families of victims of a Ukrainian passenger plane that crashed near Tehran in January, saying there is nothing to hide about details of the accident.

The second round of talks between Iran and Ukraine over the issue of the Ukrainian aircraft's crash will be held in October 2020 in Tehran.

A representative from Iran will travel to Kyiv next week following the crash and downing of a Ukrainian passenger plane near Tehran last week.
