Iran’s former Ambassador to Venezuela says among the Club of the Sanctioned, the win-win game has begun,  adding that those sanctioned countries enter this club will themselves become a major power in making sanctions ineffective like the fuel which was sent to Syria and Lebanon while both countries are under sanctions.
