Iran’s Economy Grows 5.7% in One Year: SCI
The Statistical Center of Iran (SCI) said the country’s economic growth hit 5.7% and 3.4% with/without oil included respectively in the past Iranian calendar year (March 21, 2023, to March 19, 2024).
Monthly red meat production rises 69% yr/yr
Statistical Center of Iran (SCI) announced that production of red meat in Iran stood at 51,307 tons in the third month of the current Iranian calendar year (May 22 – June 21), showing 69 percent growth compared to the same month in the past year.
Inflation rate up 2%: SCI
The Statistical Center of Iran (SCI) announced that the inflation rate in the twelve-month period ended on April 20, which marks the end of the second Iranian calendar month of Ordibehesht, stood at 41 percent, rising two percent from the figure for the twelve-month period ended on the last day of the first month.
Iran Nominal GDP Growth,1.55 percent: SCI
Iran’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) had a growth of 1.55 percent on the base-year 2011-2012 as reported by the Statistical Center of Iran (SCI) on July 5.
