The ruptured 42-inch pipeline that carried oil from Ahvaz to Omidiyeh in southwest Iran has resumed operation after the technicians implemented the safety measures on it.
Salehabad village in Omidiyeh City in the southwestern Khuzestan Province was evacuated on Monday evening after a fire broke out at the oil pipeline near the village, Omidiyeh governor Mehran Rafiei said.
