Russian President Vladimir Putin hasn't ordered to send Russian forces to Libya, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
A senior United Nations official said the arms embargo on Libya is a “joke,” as governments called for accelerated talks on a permanent cease-fire there.
The UN Security Council endorsed a 55-point road map for ending the war in Libya and condemned the recent increase in violence in the oil-rich North African country.
