The number of cases who have been infected with or died of the novel coronavirus in Iran has begun to rise in comparison with the past few days, the Health Ministry statistics show.
Iran said its caseload of novel coronavirus infections passed over 150,000 on Sunday, as the country struggles to contain a recent upward trend.
Iran’s Health Ministry Spokesman Kianoush Jahanpour said on Wednesday that 73,791 Covid-19 patients have so far recovered from the disease in the country.
