Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Saturday urged the three European parties to the 2015 nuclear agreement – Britain, France and Germany - to honor their commitments under the pact and act constructively in the meeting in Vienna on Tuesday.
“If E3/EU want full implementation of CBMs & enhanced transparency that JCPOA provides, they should reject US Economic Terrorism,” Zarif said.
Mohammad Javad Zarif once again referred the cases of European countries' non-compliance with the 2015 nuclear deal to its Joint Commission for resolution based on Article 36 of the JCPOA.
The triggering of the dispute mechanism under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) does not mean referring Iran’s case to the UN Security Council.
