IRAN NEWS NATIONAL DESK

Irannewsdaily- The event was called “Rangarang” which means colorful and represented the vibrancy of Malaysia Culture, Music, Food & Art, and many distinguished Iranian guests from foreign ministry and educational and cultural unions and bodies as well as diplomats from other countries attended the event.

Guests from media, airlines, travel agencies, business organizations and unions and commercial sectors were also among the participants in the event which made it even more glorious and memorable.

Ambassador of Malaysia to Tehran H.E. Khairi bin Omar welcomed the participants and briefed them on the occasion and he also pointed to the good relations of both countries of Iran and Malaysia.

A group of Malaysian famous chefs prepared and served different Malaysian food and deserts to the honorable guests. These chefs were invited from Malaysia to join the event and cook Malaysian food with its original and delicious Asian taste which is unique taste to experience.

Malaysia has been one of Iran’s good friends since the start of their political relations and also since the independence of Malaya and both are members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) and have used these forums and bilateral relations to develop political ties.

Of course Malaysians celebrate their National Day on August 31 of each year amidst a symphony of colors, melodies and jubilant cheers and also celebrate Malaysia Day on every September 16 and the embassy held the ceremony together to mark them in Tehran on September 5.

Like a mesmerizing masterpiece, this annual occasion resonates with the nation’s triumphant journey towards liberty and unity, painting a vibrant canvas of cultural diversity and shared heritage. As the clock strikes, Malaysians from all corners of the country unite to honor their history, embrace their differences, and amplify the spirit of Merdeka – freedom in its most harmonious form.

The journey towards Malaysia’s independence was led by its first Prime Minister, Tunku Abdul Rahman, along with a delegation of ministers and political leaders. They engaged in negotiations with the British to secure the country’s freedom.

As the threat of a communist revolt diminished during the Malayan Emergency, an agreement was reached on February 8, 1956, granting Malaysia independence from the British Empire. However, due to logistical and administrative reasons, the official declaration of National Day was made on August 31, 1957.

Meanwhile Malaysia Day is a public holiday held on 16 September every year to commemorate the establishment of the Malaysian federation on that date in 1963. This event saw Malaya, North Borneo (which was renamed Sabah), Sarawak, and Singapore unite into a single state. Singapore, however, was expelled from the federation less than two years later, on 9 August 1965.

The Concept of Love in the New Testament and the Qur’an

Abstract

TEHRAN (Iran News) Thus, the concept of love has been first clarified and then it has been proved that love means unusual passion, not passion beyond ration. These two books have been then compared in the field of love. The most important findings of this article are in monotheistic approach which introduces God as infinite, the meaning of unlimited passion and blessings of God overlaps the concept of love and they have paradigmatic relation with love. Moreover, concept of love is the most important commonality between these two books, because they have gnostic approach to the existence and concept of love has been strongly emphasized in both. Finally the scope of love in both include mutual love of God and humans, humans’ love for all humans and humans’ love for all existence.

TEHRAN (Iran News)

The fact that the people are directly involved in these processes and the active participation of mass media and representatives of civil society indicates that the society is becoming more active.

This process was clearly demonstrated in the case of constitutional reforms. 150,000 suggestions were received during the initial period when the updated draft of the Constitution was put up for public discussion, and more than 220,000 suggestions were received as a result of continuing discussions.

In particular, Uzbekistan is creating its own model for fighting corruption. In the annual address of the Head of Uzbekistan, special attention is paid to the issue of combating corruption, and the adoption of many legal documents in this field shows the importance of the issue of combating corruption at the level of state policy.

In 2022, the creation of important preventive mechanisms aimed at preventing corruption, reducing bureaucracy in public administration, ensuring openness and transparency, improving the quality of public services, reducing the human factor through digitization served as important elements of the state policy to fight against corruption.

Firstly, the process of transition from “manual” management to “automatic” management system has started through the administrative reforms implemented at the end of 2022.

In particular, as a result of administrative reforms, the most important link of the state management system – the Cabinet of Ministers – was improved, the executive power became more compact, and redundant functions were eliminated. Most importantly, bureaucracy has been cut and the 9 step process of “getting permission” to advance a given initiative has been abandoned.

Secondly, preventive mechanisms aimed at preventing corruption in state bodies and organizations were created.

In particular, the Openness Index was introduced, aimed at rating the effectiveness of the anti-corruption efforts of state bodies and organizations and evaluating the effectiveness of the work carried out on openness in state bodies and organizations. Also, the “E-Anticorruption” project was launched to prevent corruption risks in state bodies and organizations.

Thirdly, the quality of public services has been improved, redundancies have been reduced, and the number of public services provided electronically has been increased.

In particular, the requirement of 73 types of documents and information from citizens was canceled, the number of documents to be submitted was reduced from 221 to 95 (43%), 17 requirements and conditions of 6 licenses and permits were canceled.

Fourthly, in order to reduce the “Human factor” through digitization, the wide introduction of information and communication technologies in all areas was further developed.

In particular, within the framework of the “Digital Uzbekistan-2030” strategy, 369 projects related to the digitization of the activities of state and economic management bodies were implemented.

In the social sphere, “Electronic Workbook”, “Electronic Healthcare” system, “Higher Education Process Management Information System” (HEMIS), in secondary schools The “Electronic Diary” system, the “Unified Register of Social Protection” system, which provides transparency in the allocation of allowances and financial assistance;

In the economic sphere, “License”, “E-Auction”, “YERELEKTRON”, “Transparent Road”, “Transparent Construction”, “Agrosubsidy”, “Electronic State Procurement System” and other information systems effectively serve to reduce the risks of corruption.

Lastly, in order to improve the field of fight against corruption, to eliminate legal gaps, 13 related to the field, as well as 24 normative legal documents aimed at reducing the factors of corruption as a result of reforms in other fields were adopted.

A number of works were carried out by the responsible committees of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis and the Legislative Chamber in the direction of parliamentary control in the field of combating corruption. In particular, the chambers of the Oliy Majlis reviewed and approved more than 10 projects of regulatory legal documents in the field of combating corruption (on conflicts of interest, anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal documents, etc.).

In the normative legal documents adopted in the field of fight against corruption, special attention is paid to raising the legal consciousness and legal culture of the population.

In the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to introduce a system for rating assessment of the effectiveness of anti-corruption work”, the rating evaluation of the effectiveness of anti-corruption activities is one of the indicators set in five areas: “Effectiveness of promotional activities aimed at raising culture, forming an intolerant attitude towards this disease” was determined.

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures for conducting an anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal documents in 2022”, responsible state bodies and organizations take measures to actively involve independent experts and the general public in the process of conducting an anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal documents in accordance with the procedure established by legislation. go loaded.

In order to implement these tasks, the Anti-Corruption Week is systematically organized every year throughout the republic. During the week, international forums, contests, promotional activities, open-door days in ministries and offices, and press tours were organized.

Also, in order to actively involve civil society institutions in this process and to encourage them, based on the order of the Agency, projects of 500 million soums were implemented by the public fund under the Oliy Majlis in 2 topics.

Also, together with international partners, grants and social orders were announced, and 70 thousand US dollars were allocated for 9 projects in cooperation with NGOs operating in our country.

As a result of the projects, the knowledge of women and young people about corruption was increased, manuals for schools and pre-school educational institutions, a collection of anti-corruption comics, and a co-working center were established in a higher education institution.

In conclusion, it can be said that the reforms implemented in the fight against corruption are of particular importance because they are aimed at eliminating the causes and conditions of corruption, rather than the consequences.

In particular, the work being done to ensure the open and transparent activities of state bodies, to establish effective public control, to introduce internal control systems against corruption, to ensure the freedom of the mass media, to take measures to reduce corruption risks by assessing them, and to improve the skills of civil servants are important preventive measures in the prevention of corruption. serving as mechanisms.

In addition, according to the results of the ranking of international organizations on the assessment of the level of corruption, it is confirmed that the work in this regard is changing in a positive direction in Uzbekistan.

TEHRAN (Iran News) – Natural gas and petroleum products form the basis of energy resources for power generation. Gas provides more than 80% of the total electricity generated in the country.”The Energy Industry Is the Locomotive of Economic Development of Uzbekistan”

In the energy sector of Uzbekistan, the stages of reform are continuing and, at the same time, the modernization and expansion of generating capacities. The purpose of this work is to transfer the industry to market relations, to update the infrastructure, the state of which has not received due attention in recent decades, to ensure the growing demand for energy resources of consumers in the Republic.

The ongoing successive reforms under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev have raised the development of the country’s fuel and energy industry to a fundamentally new level. The creation in February 2019 of the Ministry of Energy, responsible for the management and development of the profile industry, contributed to the start of the process of pursuing a single coordinated and balanced energy policy of the country.

At a new stage in the development of the sector and in order to manage the industry, increase its competitiveness and investment attractiveness, the Ministry of Energy is taking measures to meet the need for energy resources, improve the mechanisms of public-private partnership, develop market mechanisms for the implementation of tariff policy, create conditions for attracting investments, reduce energy intensity economy, stimulating the introduction of energy-saving technologies and others.

As part of the ongoing reforms in the fuel and energy industry, a transition was also made to modern methods of organizing the production, transportation, distribution and sale of electricity by restructuring the activities of “Uzbekenergo” and revised the oil and gas system by restructuring the activities of “Uzbekneftegaz”.

In recent years, significant indicators of production growth and localization of products and exports have been achieved in the fuel and energy industry.

The process of forming a legal framework to ensure the country’s energy security and energy development based on a market economy is underway. The laws developed by the Ministry of Energy were adopted: “On the use of renewable energy sources”, “On amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan” On the rational use of energy, as well as the Concept of providing the Republic of Uzbekistan with electric energy for 2020-2030.

The work on the creation of normative legal acts ensuring the transition of the energy sector to market rails continues.

The commissioning of new power plants, including thermal (TPP), solar or photovoltaic, wind (WPP), is in many ways an example of the market changes that are taking place in the energy sector of the country. Almost all new capacities to be commissioned are built on a fundamentally new public-private partnership (PPP) basis for the energy sector of Uzbekistan.

PPP-based projects are carried out on a tender, that is, a competitive market basis, while technical assistance to bring the best international experience in tendering is provided by the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group.

To date, a total of 13 power purchase agreements have been signed, which is a significant milestone in creating a competitive environment in the energy sector. Among the company’s independent energy producers are Total Eren SA (France), Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company – Masdar (UAE), Aksa Enerji Üretim A.Ş. (Turkey), ACWA Power (Saudi Arabia) and others.

Due to the increased attractiveness of the investment climate in Uzbekistan, there is no need to attract loans from foreign banks to large projects in the energy sector of the republic, under the guarantee of the government.

In accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 27, 2019 “On the strategy for the further development and reform of the electric power industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, a Project Office was created under the Ministry of Energy, which, inter alia, works with international financial institutions, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, World Bank and Asian Development Bank. International experts with extensive experience in reforming the energy sectors of various countries were involved.

The Project Office experts have developed a Concept that includes a sequence of transition to the wholesale competitive electricity market, with the passage of three stages, in the period 2021-2025.

The transition to market relations in the energy sector with a radical reduction in the state’s share in it will serve to improve the management system of the electric power industry. As a result, the energy security of the country, the reliability and stability of the energy supply of the Republic of Uzbekistan will be ensured. The main thing is to improve the quality of life of the population.

On measures to stimulate the development of renewable energy sources in Uzbekistan:

Favorable geographic and climatic conditions of Uzbekistan make it possible to actively use the energy of the sun to obtain electric and thermal energy on an industrial scale. It is not only a promising source of renewable energy in terms of practical application, but also very convenient and easy to use.

It should be noted that the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree on the development of renewable and hydrogen energy in Uzbekistan on April 9, 2021.

The resolution is aimed at “creating the infrastructure of the republic’s hydrogen energy, increasing the effectiveness of scientific and practical research in the fields of renewable and hydrogen energy, the widespread introduction of innovative technologies into production, as well as ensuring the transition of the Republic of Uzbekistan to a green economy.”

In addition, during his speech on May 30, 2021 at the second international summit “Partnership for Green Growth and Global Goals – 2030”, held in Seoul, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev shared his vision of the prospects for international cooperation in the field of “green” recovery and outlined a number of new topical initiatives

One of the main topics that President Shavkat Mirziyoyev touched upon during his speech was the widespread use and development of renewable energy sources (RES) and the transition to decarbonization of the energy industry. In particular, it was stated that the implementation of projects in the field of “green” energy in Uzbekistan will allow in the next ten years to increase more than 3 times, that is, up to 25%, the share of electricity production using renewable energy sources.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev also put forward an initiative to hold an international conference “Green Energy for Developing Countries” in Uzbekistan in 2022, as well as launch a special program to attract young people to create a “green” economy to form a culture of green consumption.

In order to expand practical cooperation in this important area, the President declared Uzbekistan’s readiness to join the P4G Partnership and become its full-fledged participant.

Meanwhile, the Government of Uzbekistan has already launched a number of projects in the field of “green” energy.

In particular, on June 1, 2021, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev launched the construction of a solar photovoltaic station in the Surkhandarya region of Uzbekistan bordering Afghanistan.

The tender for the construction of a 457 MW plant was won by Masdar (UAE), which offered the lowest tariff. The tender was carried out with technical and financial assistance from the Asian Development Bank. As part of the project, Masdar will also build a new 220 kW substation and a 52-kilometer transmission line.

A plot of 601 hectares has been selected for the station. Masdar will attract US$260 million in direct investment. The station will have an annual production capacity of 1.04 billion kWh.

The implementation of the project will save 340 million cubic meters of natural gas per year, and 300,000 households will be supplied with electricity.

It is planned to build solar stations with a capacity of 200 megawatts in the Samarkand and Jizzakh regions, wind farms for 100 megawatts in the Beruniy and Karauzyak districts of Karakalpakstan, as well as 3 wind farms with a total capacity of 1,500 megawatts in Bukhara and Navoi.

Uzbekistan has set a goal to bring the capacity of solar power plants to 5,000, wind power plants to 3,000, and hydroelectric power plants to 4,000 megawatts by 2030.

Due to the availability of renewable energy sources in Uzbekistan, which do not have a negative impact on the environment, interest in the use of these types of energy will only grow in the near future. An increase in the use of renewable energy sources in all sectors of the economy will help, in the face of growth in the country’s GDP and population, to reduce the growing demand for fossil fuel and energy resources, reduce the country’s dependence on imported energy resources, and provide energy resources for new sectors of the economy.

TEHRAN (Iran News) – Government spokesman says the dissident television network Iran International’s “stealing” of an audio file of Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif was a conspiracy to achieve its wicked objectives.

Ali Rabiei added the TV network has always worked against the Iranian nation.

“This audio file was released by the spiteful [Iran International] television run by petro-dollars, and since the day it was established, this television [network] wanted Iranian people to suffer and be under sanctions,” he said on Tuesday.

“This shows the move to steal and selectively broadcast the interview was a plot,” added the spokesman.

“[Iranian] President [Hassan Rouhani] instructed the Intelligence Ministry to identify those behind this conspiracy,” said Rabiei.

“We believe the stealing of these documents is a plot against the government, Establishment, national unity, our efficient institutions on the ground, and our national interests,” he added.

“Of course, we will be waiting for Dr. Zarif to return to Iran and give the necessary explanation on the misinterpretations,” he noted.

Rabiei explained that the interview was part of a project aimed at reporting and narrating the services, actions, challenges and achievements of the two administrations led by President Hassan Rouhani, adding the project included similar discussions with Iranian ministers and vice presidents under the auspices of the Presidency’s Center for Strategic Studies.

“The complete versions of the audio-visual files and their written transcripts were to be archived in the cabinet office and classified accordingly. An excerpt of each interview was to be archived in a research center, and then published and made available to the public with the consent of the interviewees,” he said.

“Regarding the interview with Zarif, the file was stolen and published by people whose identities are being investigated…,” he added.

Rabiei reiterated that the TV network had “selectively aired parts of a very lengthy interview with wicked intentions.”

He said the interview is, in fact, a program about the performance and achievements of, and challenges faced by the Rouhani administration recorded under the supervision of the President’s Office.

An interview was recorded on February 24 as part of an ‘oral history’ research by Iranian economist Saeed Laylaz, first leaked by the London-based television channel ‘Iran International funded by Saudi Arabia.

The Iranian government spokesman also said about the exchange of prisoners between Iran and the United States that the idea of exchanging prisoners with the United States has always been raised and the number of Iranian prisoners in the United States is more than the number of American prisoners in Iran.

TEHRAN (Iran News) – Iran’s Intelligence Ministry has identified the culprit behind the recent act of sabotage at its Natanz nuclear facility, who had fled the country before the attack.

The Natanz nuclear site was hit by an attack on Sunday which Iran called “nuclear terrorism” and a “war crime”. The attack, which Iran blamed on Israel, targeted the electricity distribution network of the Natanz enrichment facility and caused a blackout.

On Saturday, the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting said the Intelligence Ministry had identified the man behind the act of sabotage, adding that the suspect was identified by the ministry’s forces as Reza Karimi.

“The perpetrator of the sabotage act at the Natanz nuclear facility, whose picture has been published for the first time, is Reza Karimi, who fled abroad before the incident,” the IRIB reported.

According to the report, Tehran is taking legal actions at the international level to have him arrested and returned to Iran.

The picture was released days after a security source said the key individual responsible for the incident has been identified.

“Necessary measures are being taken to arrest the main element behind the disruption in the power system of Natanz complex,” Nour News on Monday quoted the source as saying.

Following the Natanz attack, Iran notified the International Atomic Energy Agency of a plan to start 60-percent uranium enrichment, which has different applications, one of which is for the production of radiopharmaceuticals.

On Friday, Tehran announced that its first batch of 60-percent enriched uranium was ready at the Natanz nuclear facility.

The developments coincide with high-profile talks in Austria’s capital, Vienna, to restore the Iran nuclear deal of 2015, which was savagely attacked by former US President Donald Trump, who withdrew from the pact in 2018.

The United States has rejected any involvement in the Natanz incident, with White House press secretary Jen Psaki saying “We have nothing to add on speculation about the causes or the impacts.”

But observers believe Israel, through the act of sabotage, intended to kill the prospects of a revival of the nuclear deal, which would include the lifting of the United States’ illegal sanctions on Iran. Iranian officials agree with the analysis.

The Israeli regime’s Channel 12 reported on Friday the US has conveyed to Israel in no uncertain terms that Tel Aviv’s “chatter” over its involvement in the Natanz attack must stop as it was “dangerous and detrimental” to the Joe Biden administration that is attempting to negotiate a return to the Iran nuclear deal.

The message, according to the report, was conveyed to Tel Aviv through several channels in recent days.

Israel, as a matter of policy, neither confirms nor denies such acts. But this time, there has been plenty of anonymous confirmation in the media by unnamed intelligence and Western officials. Also, senior Israeli officials, including the regime’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, have publicly hinted at Israeli role in the attack.

Top Iranian generals have repeatedly warned Iran’s enemies – Israel in particular – that the country’s Armed Forces are ready to respond firmly to any threat or malicious act.

“We are ready to respond decisively to any kind of threat and evil action of the enemies,” Chairman of the Chiefs of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Major General Mohammad Baqeri said in a message on Friday.

Baqeri added that the Iranian Armed Forces have undermined the Israeli regime’s strategy of using threats against the Islamic Republic.

Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh in his weekly press briefing on Monday hinted that Israel might be behind Natanz nuclear plant incident which happened yesterday.

Khatibzadeh made the remarks in his weekly online encounter with reporters.

He elaborated on the sabotage in Natanz nuclear facility in central Iran, saying that many sources link the sabotage operation to the Israeli regime which had frequently threatened to run such operations against Iran.

The spokesman also stressed that the sabotage could have led to human catastrophe and therefore, it amounts to Crimes Against Humanity.

“This is not going to impact Iran’s nuclear capability. All centrifuges unplugged were old IR1 type and will be replaced by advanced machines. Iran is not going to be trapped… The Israeli regime takes revenge on Iranian people for their patience and sage behavior. Iran would take revenge in appropriate time,” Khatibzadeh said.

No nuclear negotiations in Vienna

He stated that ongoing talks in Vienna don’t constitute nuclear negotiation, but they are technical discussions to remove US sanctions on Iran.

Underlining that US sanctions weren’t different in essence, as they have been imposed for ‘maximum pressure’ purpose, he made it clear that Iran’s stance on the JCPOA was still the same that is the situation must be reversed to January 2017 conditions.

Khatibzadeh added that Iran considers all sanctions resumed and imposed after the US withdrawal from the JCPOA in 2018 as being the same, regardless of the label the US uses to make a distinction between sanctions.

Russian FM Sergey Lavrov to visit Tehran on Monday

He added that Serbia’s Foreign Minister would pay a visit to Tehran on Saturday as well.

Iran’s Ambassador to Russia Kazem Jalali told IRNA that Lavrov was expected to sign two documents with Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.

TEHRAN (Iran News) – Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister and Head of Iran’s delegation in the meeting of the JCPOA Joint Commission on Wednesday in Vienna met and talked with Austrian Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg.

In the meeting which was held in a friendly climate, the bilateral relations between Iran and the European country were reviewed and the two sides emphasized the will of the two nations to deepen bilateral cooperation in various fields, and discussed other issues of mutual interest. They also discussed the latest round of talks in the JCPOA Joint Commission meeting in Vienna.

In this regard and while thanking the Austrian government for its efforts and hospitality and especially Austrian police proper reaction in wake of the MKO grouplet supporters’ gathering in front of the hotel hosting the JCPOA meeting, Araqchi explained Iran’s stance and stressed the need for the full lifting of the sanctions and the practical steps that the U.S. government must take to return to the JCPOA.

Schallenberg, for his part, stressed the readiness of the Austrian government to provide the necessary facilities and make every effort to create a suitable atmosphere for the holding of Iran-related talks in Vienna and described the JCPOA and its continuation as being in the interest of all parties (Westerns).

The Vienna meeting is being held in a condition that P4+1 countries have become content to mediate in the dispute between Iran and the U.S. and to draw up ways of protecting the JCPOA and ways of return of both countries to the JCPOA.

This point that the U.S. pullout from the JCPOA during Donald Trump’s presidency led to 80 percent failure of the JCPOA and lack of commitment of Europe and caused the trust to the sustainability regarding the obligations and promises of the West has completely been questioned, and Iran has repeatedly emphasized that the only way for the U.S. return to the JCPOA is its full commitment to its obligations and removing effectively all of the imposed, even the re-imposed sanctions or re-named sanctions and their verifications.

The result of the meeting still with drawing up plans covering two impacts has been put on the agenda of the two expert workgroups. Although the U.S. openly and explicitly announced that it is opposed to remove all sanctions and has put on the agenda some issues beyond the JCPOA and with these methods it shows that Biden Administration despite repeated claims of its intention to return to the JCPOA and diplomacy is not ready for any practical action in this field.

Mikhail Ulyanov, Permanent Representative of Russia to International Organizations in Vienna, in his tweet regarding this issue wrote, “Two expert-level groups (on sanctions lifting and nuclear issues) were tasked to identify concrete measures to be taken by Washington and Tehran to restore full implementation of JCPOA.” In one prediction, they will try first to restore to some extent the lost reputation of the West and secondly, they will try to find a way to save President Hassan Rouhani’s government from this current ludicrous condition which has wasted almost eight years of Iranian nation for almost no achievement of course through Western diplomacy and methods.

In contradiction to this approach, U.S. State Department spokesman Ned Price, who had hidden in the backroom of the negotiations and moniting the pettiest detail of talks, criticized the raised topics by Iran and called it “too much” and added, “We do not expect any immediate breakthrough. We recognize this to be potentially the start of a process, knowing that we do have a long – a potentially long road ahead.” State Department’s Special Envoy for Iran Robert Malley, heading the U.S. representative in the meeting in Vienna and monitoring the talks from the adjacent room, said after the meeting, “The U.S. has some concerns about Iran’s ballistic missile programs and first we should put the current nuclear issue to the side, then the talks on Iran’s regional activities will start.”

This meeting is getting executive in a condition that Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has not taken part in it and it shows seemingly the Rouhani Government has sill retained an upper hand in facing with the West.

If we notice the reasons for holding the meeting, we reach this point that the Iran-China agreement has led to the full reason for the West’s fear of Iran’s getting rid of sanctions and its defiance to the JCPOA. Of course, the West is in a great dilemma both to compensate the maximum pressure on Iran and at the same time not to give any concession for the survival of the Islamic Republic establishment and it is seeking a solution wretchedly and perplexedly.

Some believe that the upcoming presidential election in Iran causes that the West helps its West-oriented favorite candidate to win, and for this reason it wants to take an effective action on the result of the election but this wish is much closer to delusion because eight years of the resistant Iranian nation’s policy of tolerating the armed to the teeth President Rouhani’s anti-public government has had only one result for the West and it has been distribution of poverty and destitution, and as the result distrust of around 90 percent of the public to its West-ward look.

So the Westerners with their intention of gradual toppling concealed in their velvet gloves are unlikely to change their policy in encountering Iran. Of course under the influence of Iran-China agreement, they will try first to find a way for destroying this relation and secondly offering some proposals in the level of lollypops for massive induction propagation for providing stuff for the pro-Westerners in Iran.
