The smart platform was launched by investment and support of Parsa Motor Saman which has started its activities since last year.

The smart portal has been designed for offering services for both vendors and buyers of cars who do not have enough or necessary expertise for following the long process of sale or purchase of their used or even new cars.

The ceremony for unveiling the system was held on Monday on the sidelines of the INOTEX fair by head of board of directors of Switch Co. Mr. Meisam Shafiq and the CEO of the company Mohammad Mehdi Kashef.

Speaking to reporters, Mr. Shafiq highlighted the reasons behind launching this startup, saying, “We werefamiliar with problems of those who were involved in sale and purchase of cars due to our experience for imports of cars in Parsa Motor Saman Co. Unfortunately in the traditional climate for car deals, most of deals are not transparent. One of the major concerns of purchasers of cars is their concern about the technical defects of the car like the quality of the chassis and motor of the car.”

He went on to say, “We can add the vague and unclear climate for pricing cars in the market to those concerns. Unfortunately the current platforms have failed to control the crisis in the market and they actually had no responsibility. So we decided to find a safe and secure solution for car trade for both vendor and purchaser.”

Shafiq reiterated that elimination of middlemen will help discovery of real price as well as bringing peace to the car market.

Meanwhile Mr. Kashef said that this smart system is a comprehensive and effective solution for resolving problems in the car market.

He said, “Elimination of middlemen, transparency in prices and balancing the supply and demand as well as discovering real price are of the major advantages of Switch digital platform.”

He reiterated that the most important achievement of Switch application is creation of a healthy and transparent bed for final purchasers and vendors in order to strike deal without involvement of the middlemen who try to disrupt the market.

Kashef further added that Switch will start its services first in Tehran city for trade of middle to high range cars which are mostly famous international brands.

Switch will provide services from A to Z for any effort for buying or selling the car.
