TEHRAN – Iranian director Kaveh Mazheri’s acclaimed movie “Retouch” received the special jury prize for the best film at the 35th Festival Tous Courts, an international short film festival inAix-en-Provence, France on Saturday.
The film is about a young woman whose husband is trapped under a barbell during a workout, but she declines to save him and, consequently, he dies.
“Written/Unwritten” by Adrian Silisteanu from Romania received the Grand Prix of the festival, while “Why I Wrote the Bible” by Alexandre Steiger from France won the audience award.
