Masonism Supporter of “JCPOA+”

The role of Britain in supporting President Hassan Rouhani’s government during years of nuclear talks is not a secret to all. By supporting the 11^th and 12^th governments, the British tried to carry out their plan in order to help President Rouhani administer the country, stabilize the economy and prevent the country from having political relation with the U.S.

It goes without saying that in the past century, this has always been in favor of Britain in every place. Regarding this, British royal institute and think tank “Q 2” in Chatham House by publishing a report has invited the U.S. and other members of P5+1 to take action based on its roadmap for new round of talks (JCPOA+) for another deal.

“Q 2” think tank says that in preparing the report, the institute has had interviews and consultations with several experts and political analysts worldwide,  even with those who used to live in Iran and were familiar with Iran’s condition, and it has ultimately presented the report which is the product of flag-bearers of the theory of solving the “JCOPA+” issue.

The report is important in this sense that it has covered all demands and mentality of the western party regarding the probable negotiations, and at the same time it could be a guidance for Iran to assess the new suitable opportunity, either it becomes successful or unsuccessful, for new deal with the West by protecting, according to them, Iran’s national interests.

The title of this 60-page report which was published on October 22, 2019, was “Getting to a New Iran Deal: A Guide for Trump, Washington, Tehran, Europe and the Middle East.” The report has been prepared by Sanam Vakil, the deputy head of the Middle East North Africa Program in the “Q 2” and her associate to the institute Dr Neil Quilliam.

In this report, it has been tried to criticize Donald Trump’s hardline stance for the deadlock in the talks and to propose final pathways for the breakthrough by relying on giving some concessions to Iran and to prepare Iran for “JCPOA+” talks with this assumption.

The content of the report underlines that Iran will not succumb to the current Trump’s mentality, adding that the more Iran talks are delayed, the more Iran would strengthen its economic capabilities, and convergence between the public and the government would increase. So the report recommends Trump to leave stubbornness and to give some limited concessions on condition of resuming talks in order that in new round of talks, some changes in the nuclear deal like in the ballistic missile program and regional issues are discussed during the talks, noting that including all of those issues together in the JCPOA is not possible because it depends on solving other issues like Yemen and Syria which rely on other actors than P5+1 members.

The report also has called for reaching agreement on any issue separately in order to boost the chance for a comprehensive agreement.

In exchange with all those expectations, the report recommends some new void promises for removing the sanctions step-by-step. Besides those promises, it has asked the U.S. to resume its diplomatic action in order to restore international trust to Iran’s market and to endorse mechanisms like INSTEX in order that Iran’s oil sales and trade co-operations are guaranteed,  and by the way, in order to win Iran and world’s trust, it should let European Investment Bank  guarantee investments of foreign companies in Iran and Insurance companies also be able to insure the investments.

Now regarding that “Q 2” (Queen Elizabeth II Academy) is actually the backbone of Chatham House think tank, and Chatham House is considered as one of the pillars of world freemasonry, and major power and wealth lovers with the support of UK as well as many ministers, military men, industrialists and bankers are its members, presenting such a 60-page pathway is very natural and it is logical in terms of Britain’s interests.

The center of gravity of this report is to create justification for Iran’s government and to give it necessary tools for convincing its supporters. That for a while President Rouhani has been insistently talking on respecting national interests, accepting meeting with President Trump as well as revealing the one behind the shut-down of the country and creating hullabaloo for the bills related the FATF can also show that he has been well aware of what is being cooked at the Chatham House. We should notice that today resistance against negotiations will make the enemies give Iran more concessions and Iran has upper hand. We should not hasten, and, like the previous time, accept any word without total retreat of the enemy. Especially that in such plans national interests are a surficial issue and actually interests of Masonism are important and are taken into consideration.
