North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un has denounced Israel as a “terrorist project” backed by the United States, reiterating Pyongyang’s long-standing refusal to recognize it and voicing support for the Palestinian cause.

TEHRAN (Iran News) Kim said on Friday that the Israeli regime is an instrument in the hands of Western powers, stressing that Washington supports Israel to advance its own interests in West Asia.

He stated that Israel is not a legitimate entity and functions solely as a tool of US policies.

Kim also reaffirmed North Korea’s position of not recognizing the Israeli regime, adding that his country has always considered itself aligned with the Palestinian cause. “Kim Jong Un”

North Korea has previously strongly criticized Western countries and the US for supplying arms to Israel, saying the West uses the regime to maintain its influence in West Asia.
