Humanity Is Not Dead
Today, Gaza symbolizes resistance and steadfastness against oppression and occupation. The people of Gaza live under an unjust blockade and extremely harsh humanitarian conditions, yet they continue their struggle with dignity and honor. Humanity demands that we do not remain silent in the face of widespread human rights violations in Gaza and that we defend the legal and legitimate rights of the Palestinian people to determine their own destiny and live in freedom and dignity.

Humanity Is Not Dead

TEHRAN (Iran News) The Islamic Republic of Iran has always emphasized its support for the just struggle of the Palestinian people and has called for the implementation of international resolutions and an end to occupation.

Iran has consistently stressed the necessity of providing humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza and supports any actions in this regard. Iran and the international community call for the immediate implementation of a ceasefire and an end to the suffering of Gaza’s civilian population. Iran also emphasizes the legal and legitimate right of the Palestinian people to resist occupation and the annexation of their lands.

Regarding the “Soumoud” maritime convoy, the Islamic Republic of Iran believes that humanitarian aid should reach the people of Gaza without obstacles and in a transparent manner. Iran welcomes any efforts to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian assistance to Gaza and believes the international community must prevent the Israeli regime from blocking aid from reaching those in need.

The situation in Gaza, due to ongoing conflicts and restrictions on the movement of goods, has become a serious humanitarian crisis. Reports indicate shortages of essential supplies, including infant formula and medicine, posing life-threatening risks, especially for children and infants. International organizations and human rights bodies have repeatedly expressed concern about the humanitarian situation in Gaza and have called for unhindered access for humanitarian aid. Providing assistance to civilians, particularly children who bear the brunt of the conflict, must be addressed immediately in accordance with international humanitarian law.

However, the awakened conscience but weak humanity of the world lacks the power to prevent a blatant, visible, and ongoing crime that spills blood hour by hour. Humanity is trapped in the claws of brutality. It sees, it sheds tears, its own blood is consumed by blood, it suffers, yet—alas—there is nothing it can do.

Today, the people of the world are in urgent need of a profound plea for the emergence of a savior. We ourselves are no match for the demons. We understand that power has been stolen from us under the guise of democracy. Democracy is a wide, empty cap, where the people are its body but its authority has fallen into the hands of bloodthirsty and devilish powers. Therefore, we are in need of the return of sovereign power to the people—and this requires a savior.
