TEHRAN (Iran NewsThe U.S. dollar rate has decreased after the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (I.R.G.C.) launched a missile attack on the United States’ Al-Udeid Air Base in Qatar.

The value of the dollar dropped at 9:00 PM Paris time on Monday due to a decline in energy prices following Iran’s missile strike, according to France’s Le Figaro newspaper.

After a strong start in the first half of Monday’s trading, the dollar value fell in response to the drop in oil prices, the newspaper reported.

Le Figaro reported that the U.S. dollar recorded a 0.45% decline against the euro in Monday night’s trading, and it also lost 0.54% of its value against the British pound. “Dollar falls”

The I.R.G.C. launched the missile strike on Monday evening in response to the United States’ airstrikes on Iran’s peaceful nuclear facilities in Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan early Sunday. With these attacks, the U.S. joined the Israeli regime in its aggression against Iran, which began on June 13, 2025.
