TEHRAN (Iran News) –Orthopedic surgeon Hamidreza Aslani says that Iran’s freestyler Hassan Yazdani will be fit for the 2024 Olympic Games.
Yazdani has recently undergone shoulder surgery and the concerns have been raised about his health condition for the Olympics.
At the 2022 Asian Games held in Hangzhu, Yazdani won a gold medal, but was forced to undergo surgery soon after the Games.
“Now the injuries and damages have been repaired and they should heal. It depends entirely on himself,” Aslani said.
“Unfortunately, many athletes do not take postoperative care seriously. They stay away from the treatment process after not paying attention to the medical care,” he added.
