Two Appointments at Asian Dodgeball Federation
In a ceremony held at National Olympic Academy, President of Asian Dodgeball Federation (ADF) Mr. Reza Khosh Sorour announced two appointments in the ADF.

TEHRAN (Iran News) –In a ceremony held at National Olympic Academy, President of Asian Dodgeball Federation (ADF) Mr. Reza Khosh Sorour announced two appointments in the ADF.

In two separate decrees, Mr. Khosh Sprour announced the new appointments in the federation. According to the decrees, Mr. Alireza Najafi was appointed as the head of economic committee and Mr. Majid Talimi was appointed as the head of the public relations committee of the ADF.

 

Speaking among officials and sports champions, Mr. Khosh Sorour said that dodgeball with having world federation is one of traditional Iranian games which has been common as a popular and vivacious game among all walks of life. He added that this sport has notable number of enthusiasts among different group ages and it has been welcomed as a family and low-cost sport among different walks of life.

 

Khosh Sorour noted that of skills and capabilities of this sport one can point to skill in implementing transitional moves (throwing, receiving, passing, running and jumping), reinforcing cooperative spirit, precision, increasing lever of alertness and assistance, creating coordination among nervous system and muscles, creating coordination between eyes and other body organs during targeting, improving other physical readiness factors (resistance, power, speed, strength, agility, action and reaction, balance flexibility).

He went on to say that several Asian countries have submitted their bids to hold Asian Dodgeball Championship that soon the qualified host will be chosen soon.
