TEHRAN (Iran News) – Head of sales and subscribers’ services in Head of sales and subscribers’ services in Isfahan Electricity Company in a press conference delved into details of applied program of “My Electricity” application and said parallel to implementing digital development in the electricity industry, welfare of citizens and easy access to the services, the company put on agenda the project for improving online services for its subscribers.
Mehrdad Jannatian went on to say that all sales and after sales services in the country are done via the applied application of “My Electricity”, adding that services which are offered in this software is divided into four categories of bills services, subscribers’ services, electricity network and consumption management.
He noted that so far 25% of subscribers in the city of Isfahan have installed this application, adding that encouraging subscribers to install this application is of the approaches of the company and the company has taken action to define incentive package for its subscribers in this regard.
Touching upon the incentive package, he said that the company has started to give cash or travel bonuses via draw which will continue till the New Year.
