TEHRAN (Iran News) – Iranian President Hassan Rouhani on Thursday inaugurated dozens of projects in the health and construction sectors, which he said would help people amid the outbreak of the coronavirus.
In a videoconference held on Thursday morning, Rouhani inaugurated 26 national projects relating to the healthcare and medical sector, roads and urban development, and the Red Crescent Society.
The president said opening of the new projects, including 1,400 new hospital beds, would promote people’s welfare amid the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
The new projects would also provide employment for nearly 4,000 people.
