Director of Public Relations Office of the company Ms. Narges Sedaqat said that the company in compliance with its social responsibilities will host a ceremony to mark the World Environment Day in collaboration with the Department of Environment of Hormuzgan Province.

She went on to say that one of the major objectives behind launching the Persian Gulf Star Oil Company has been to protect the environment through producing high quality gasoline even better than Euro 5 gasoline because the refinery is the only source for supplying fuel for the country and it has key role in protecting the environment.
Ms. Sedaqat added that the PGSOC is called “Green Refinery”, adding that sustainable development relies on protecting environment and expressed hope that the company could take major step in this line.
