Russian Foreign Ministry announced that the upcoming Astana meeting on crisis in Syria would be held in the second half of February.
Russian Interfax News Agency quoted Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin as saying on Friday that the upcoming Astana meeting would be held approximately in the second half of next month, adding that the work is underway to set the date.
The previous round of the Astana talks was held in Kazakhstan in late November with the attendance of representatives from Syria, Iran, Russia and Turkey.
