During weekdays ending up to December 20, approximately 269,869 million tons (MT) of commodities worth over $285 million were traded on Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME).
According to the report from IME International Affairs and Public Relations Department, last week, on the domestic and export metal and mineral trading floor of IME, 99,699 MT of various products worth close to $117.5 million were traded.
On this trading floor, 97,030 MT of steel, 830 MT of copper, 1,700 MT of aluminum, 130 MT of molybdenum concentrates as well as 9 MT of precious metal concentrates were traded by customers.
The report declares that on domestic and export oil and petrochemical trading floors of IME, 123,696 MT of different commodities with the total value of $142.8 million were traded.
On this trading floor, 12,000 MT of VB feed stock, 49,252 MT of bitumen, 43,639 MT of polymer products, 17,221 MT of chemical products, 1,270 MT of sulfur, 80 MT of slaps waxes as well as 500 MT of insulation were traded.
Moreover, on the agricultural trading floor of IME witnessed trading 46,155 MT of wheat as well as 13 kilograms of saffron strands were traded by customers.
