Iran’s ambassador to Kuwait told a local newspaper in Kuwait that he has invited Kuwaiti emir to attend Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) in October in Tehran.
Alireza Enayati, Iran’s Ambassador to Kuwait, told the Kuwaiti daily Al-Qabas that he is hopeful that the Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of Kuwait will accept Iran’s invitation to take part in the upcoming Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) in October.
He made the remarks referring to the next round of ACD which is expected to be held on October 13-15 in Tehran with participation of the heads of member states.
The Iranian envoy also reassured that Iran is prepared to hold talks with the Persian Gulf littoral states, stressing that Tehran believes the only way for resolving regional issues is dialogue.
