Iranian foreign minister has reacted to the reports saying that an Iranian diplomat was arrested on suspicion of plotting a bomb attack on a meeting of MKO terrorist organization.
Mohammad Javad Zarif, in a tweet on Monday, reacted to the reports of an Iranian diplomat arrested along with a number of others in connection with what has been said as a foiled attack targeting a gathering of anti-Iran terror organization Mujaheding-e- Khalq (MKO) in Paris on Saturday, saying “how convenient: Just as we embark on a presidential visit to Europe, an alleged Iranian operation and its ‘plotters’ arrested.”
Zarif went on to reject any kinds of violence and terrorism, saying “Iran unequivocally condemns all violence and terror anywhere.”
The top diplomat further expressed Iran’s readiness to work with all concerned entities to uncover the ‘false-falg’ ploy, stating “Iran is ready to work with all concerned to uncover what is a sinister false flag ploy.”
