TEHRAN – Iran international striker Karim Ansarifard has reached an agreement with Turkey’s Besiktas, CNN Turk reported.
He signed a 3.5-year contract with Greek giants Olympiacos in January 2017 for a transfer fee of €400,000.
He scored 18 goals for his club in 34 matches last season.
Ansarifard represented Iran national football team in the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
The 28-year-old attacker scored a goal against Portugal from the penalty spot in the last match of Group B.
Ansarifard had been already linked with Nottingham Forrest and Fenerbahce.
