Iranian archers’ performance at Stage 3 of 2018 Asia Cup resulted in four medals, including three silver and one bronze.
The competition which is a World Ranking Event kicked off on July 9 in Taipei and will wrap up on July 12.
In men’s individual compound section on Tuesday, Esmaeil Ebadi defeated opponents from Vietnam and India to reach the final but lost the game to South Korean archer and received silver medal.
Iran men’s compound team consisting of Esmaeil Ebadi, Nima Mahboubi and Amir Kazempour reached the final on Tuesday but again, defeated by South Korean rivals and bagged the silver.
In women’s compound section, Iran’s team consisting of Raheleh Farsi, Minou Abedi and Parisa Baratchi managed to snatch the silver medal of the competitions.
Also, Esmaeil Ebadi and Minou Abedi clinched a bronze medal for Iran in compound mixed team.
