The head of the German School of Mind and Brain Dr. Michael Pauen called for expansion of German-Iranian cooperation in the field of cognitive science and technology.
According to the website of the Cognitive Science and Technology Council of Iran (CSTC), Dr. Michael Pauen made the remarks during a visit by the Head of Iran’s Foreign Policy Strategic Council, Kamal Kharrazi, to the German School of Mind and Brain.
The German scientist emphasized the need for cooperation in the field of research and science, calling for exchange of professors and students between Iran and Germany and cooperation between the institutes of the cognitive science between the two countries.
He added that the expanded cooperation between the School of the Mind and Brain in Berlin and the Iranian universities will lead to an improvement in the performances of both countries’ academic and research institutes.
Also in the meeting, the secretary of the Iranian CSTC Dr. Majid Nili, who was accompanying Kharrazi on the visit, explained the goals and strategic policies of his institute to the German participants in the meeting and emphasized the need for the expansion of scientific cooperation between the two Iranian and German centers on transfer of scientific experiences and research findings, joint training courses and exchange of research teams between the two countries.
